Hotel Waterfall

We had an extremely disappointing experience during our 3-day stay after booking the entire hotel. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and there was a persistent foul smell in the rooms, resembling that of a dead rat. Housekeeping services were completely absent throughout our stay, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the manager, Priya, behaved rudely with both the hosts and the guests. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had, and we would not recommend this property to anyone.

Safety Issues We stayed here for 3- nights as the hotel was booked by one of our relatives for a wedding function, we booked total of 6 rooms. Our stay was pathetic as the staff was just not bothered about anything. One day when we entered early morning and realized our room key card was demagnetized we went to the reception and nobody was there to assist us, we had to wait at the reception for good 30-40min and later a guy came to attend us claiming himself as the hotel manager, started shouting at us by saying - what is your problem, so what if you waited at reception. We were shocked to see his reaction when we told him that we are going to complain about his behavior he threatened us to come in our room and told us that you all can not do anything about it as this is his property. We were shocked and we immediately checked out as this hotel is not safe at all. A hotel manager threatened us while we had no option to take this forward, we had to leave this hotel before the checkout time for safety reasons. As a proof we have videos too. Don't book this place its unsafe

Beware of Fraud at Hotel Waterfall Paschim Vihar, New Delhi! I had a terrible experience at Hotel Waterfall Paschim Vihar, located at: A-3, Outer Ring Rd, Shubham Enclave, Main, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi 110063. I booked a room for one night on 14th March 2025 with a check-in at 4:30 AM for 2500. I clearly mentioned that I would check out the next day, 15th March, at 5 AM. However, on the morning of 14th March, the hotel staff started forcing me to pay an extra 3000 to stay through the night or check out by 11 AM! I requested them to charge a fair early check-in fee, but instead, they rudely demanded the full night's charge of 3000 or forced me to leave immediately. This is nothing but a scam and open fraud! The staff is rude, unprofessional, and only interested in looting customers' money. They have no ethics, no professionalism, and are just looking for ways to cheat guests. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel! They are complete fraudsters, and booking a room here is just a waste of your hard-earned money. Do not book Hotel Waterfall Paschim Vihar, New Delhi!

Hotel is not safe, key cards get deactivated for all rooms. We booked 3 rooms for our family, it was on 3rd floor lift didn't work and we had to rush up and down the stairs many times for the manager to check our problem. They didn't care. Also we didn't have any keycard and we had expensive things so one person had to stay in the room at all times we felt very scared. The manager threatened us and we had given advance so we couldn't get money back.

The rooms were bad, they weren't opening so we had to call for service everytime to open our rooms we entered or leaved the hotel, the toilet seat flush and jetspray wasn't working, and the extra bed for the room was just a foam and blanket on floor.

A very good experience staying with our family. There are lot of food options in breakfast buffet and the staff is very helpful in serving you. Rooms was very nice, ambience was good and peaceful environment. Specially mention Receptionist, she was very helpful regarding anything. A good hotel for the family if you are visiting Delhi and wanted to explore Delhi quickly.

Hotel is fine. Staffs were polite and professional. Hotel is clean and maintained. Had problems with AC in one room and then they changed the room promptly. Fridge and coffee maker seemed old. Food restriction from outside. Water was very hot in the bathroom during the day time and evening as well. So was a bit inconvenient. Location is ok but being ring road sometime cabs and autos dont come to the location.
