Hotel TJS Grand

Quiet small rooms. But neat and clean. Worth the cost.

absolute garbage, very bad experience, they give tap water in the name of a bisleri bottle , and ac is too loud kept turning on and off at night that too every second until you turn it off ,there is no ac controller even if you ask for it, would recommend sleeping on the road bench instead, the bed has bugs and torn bed sheets, the washroom smells, overall i would give this a minus rating if it has an option. beyond disgusting.

Torn bed sheet, bed bugs, when asked for ac controller they just ignored and went, AC makes alot of noise, rooms are very small, bed is very kada, when asked for mineral water they just gave opened bottle of bisleri with tap water

Hotel TJS Grand is near to Bikanerwala Chowk. The hotel have near about 20 rooms distributed in 3 floors.The hotel have lift facility.The hotel rooms are well maintained by the staffs.One can book hotel room through oyo also although hotel allow facility for booking offline also.The hotel have 24 hours kitchen facility, one can order food from his/her room.The hotel manager is not kind though, as I have not received well welcomed from him and is very arrogant in talking but kitchen and floor staffs are very kind enough. In a room one can get AC, MINI REFRIGERATOR, ATTACH WASHROOM, TV. One thing lacks in this hotel is the balcony view.For two sharing , this hotel charge 1500-2500. The charges are highly dependable on the demand and time.||After all the hotel is good and I will give 3 star out of 5.

This hotel is good quality for the money you pay, in a fantastic location. Tube is near by and the hotel is not far from the city centre. The hotel is clean, towels, toiletries and toilet paper available. Spare clean blankets were given to me on a request and even kettle was provided. The most fantastic experience was the helpful staff. I had a problem with the arrival of my check-in luggage. It basically got stuck in the destination I was travelling from and it didn't arrive with me in Delhi. I was left in Delhi with nothing and the staff from TJS Grand were so helpful. They lend me a phone charger, phoned to several different places free of charge. They were so kind to me in the situation when I didn't have a thing with me because of my lost luggage. After many phone calls they made for me, my luggage arrived and I found it at the reception. ||Thank you again for your help.

I booked the room here via oyo.|We reached the place by 10:30, we booked the room for a cheap prize. Once getting there and asked the manager about the room, He asked as the prize at which we had booked the room. After which he was reluctant to give us the room by telling all the rooms were filled. After so much arguments me and my husband had to leave the place. I was surprised to see how such hotels could get oyo standardisation. The manager there was an arrogant person. So if you book the rooms here for a good price you are going to get a room here or else you will have to leave the place.

I'll not give a single star. We booked a room from Goibibo. Then the hotel denied to give is room because of their issues with them. We have to sit outside the hotel for 2 hours and the hotelier didn't even care. They were only looking for their cash. It was 8:00 pm and they didn't even care that we have girls with us and it's not safe for them to be on street at 8:00 pm. They charged double of the hotel room price then only gave us room. Service was poor and food was not there for us. Ridiculous hotel with ridiculous staff.
