Hotel Sunstar Heritage

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was prompt and staff was courteous. The rooms could be made more airy by thoroughly ventilating with window open at least once a day. The air fresheners could be more subtle and sprayed lightly to avoid overpowering of senses. The location provides good access to nearby market and is pleasantly quiet at night. Room service was good.

Room was clean. However service was poor, dinner came very late with a wrong dish. Breakfast was not good, 2 hotel staff were there at breakfast hall but I had to struggle picking up plate and food with an infant in arms. None of them came forward and helped.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sunstar Heritage in Karol Bagh. The location was convenient with easy access to shopping and dining options. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with any requests especially the manager Ankith Gupta

I had my 2nd stay at this hotel. Both times the service by the staff was quite good. Although I did have an issue with wifi initially in one of the rooms which was assigned to me first, I was upgraded to another room which was more spacious and the wifi was working properly in the other room. The room and washroom was very clean and thanks to Mr. Abhinav , Mr Anchit and Mr. Aman for ensuring that my concerns about the wifi was addressed and I had a pleasant stay. The only feedback that I would give is to check and get the wifi issues resolved in certain rooms where they are visible. Thank you Sunstar Heritage .

The hotel room was extremely dirty. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and the provided linens were not washed properly. There is no hot water in the bathroom. Wifi barely works.

Good hotel. Highly recommendable by my side. You should definitely visit when ever you got a chance very eco Friendly environment

The hotel is in very pathetic condition also behaviour of hotel staff is very bad. The manger of hotel sanstar group doesn't take seriously anything. Just say that it will be resolved but nothing action is taking. Also the dhobi who is hired in this hotel is very bad. The clothes lost many times and didn't return back. Very good bedget hotel , staff is very good , Location is a little crowded but parking is available at the hotel. Rooms are clean , food is alright. Not much breakfast options.
