Hotel Star Villa

I was travelling with my family all of whom were senior citizens. After reaching the hotel they kept me waiting in the lobby saying that rooms are getting ready. After sometime they said there is some issue and rooms are not available. It was very clear that they had overbooked or given away the rooms to some other group. This is after I had prebooked the rooms and paid in full many days before. I had even called the hotel in the morning to confirm my rooms and check in time and that time they had replied in the affirmative. After this whole ordeal they transferred us to another hotel belonging to the same owner but of definitely lower quality. Star villa is rated 3 star but we were transferred to a 2 star hotel (Hotel Guru Vas Inn) where room quality was definitely not up to par. Since the rest of my group were all senior citizens we had no other option but to take it instead of running around looking for other options. Be careful before booking this hotel. They basically scammed us. Extremely disappointed with this unprofessional experience. Do not risk your stay by trusting this hotel.

It's a two star hotel. Everything is Old. The bed, furniture and even towels are old. Service is also slow. The location is good as it is near the station. Booked at 2k ler night.

Not a good place to stay. If you are staying as a transit then it is fine. Front desk guy won't let you leave without a +ve review in Make my trip. Family Room was cramped, wash room was unhygienic and stinking with drainage water. As we entered the room had to call to send someone for dusting, coffee mugs and glasses were dusty. The room was not even clean, linens were not that clean. The food we ordered was not good.

Very unprofessional staff. They quote cheaper price over call and when you arrive hotel with all the luggage, they suddenly increase prices. And this hotel is in very isolated area and dosnt have autorickshaw connectivity. Very narrow, even difficult to walk. Rooms are terrible. Very very different then shows in images. Bed sheets are extremely dirty and uncleaned. Never ever visit this. Other guest on our floor also has similar feedback.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Room is unhygienic. They are charged 800-1000rs for early check in if u book a room from make my trip or any other booking site. They didn't care about your booking they directly said that cancel the entire booking of u not pay early check in charges. The receptionist person is the very worst . My opinion is that don't book this hotel it's completely waste of money

The service of hotel is very poor. Bathrooms are dirty, room full of dust. No facility of hot water, TV is there in the room but no cable service is available. Staff at the reception counter states false/ higher tariffs of the rooms, while the other person at the same desk states much lessor tariff of the same room. While asking for a chair for several times, no one paid attention to the need of customer. An absolute unhygienic place to stay.

I had great stay at this hotal offering 5 star Comfort at an affordable price. The room are clean,modern,and spacious enough, with particularly impressive bathroom The shower was definitely a highlight the hotel's location is very convenient just few mint from new dheli railway station while food needs to be ordered from outside, it's delivery quickly and staff very friendly

I stay there for two nights. I paid there 3800/ per night including taxes. Room is quite good but there manegement is . My check in time 12 o clock when I visited then receptionist said please wait here. I waited more than 2 hours then I got my room. When I ordered for food they said he delivered within 30 minutes but I got my food after 2 hours long waiting. When I call for check out and told please send someone for carried luggage they not send to anyone. Very disappointed with the receptionist I don't know his name but that man forehead hair gone away and wearing eye glasse. Totally disappointed .
