Hotel spaark residency

In the recent past stayed here twice. Rooms are air-conditioned neat and clean. Housekeeping is good. Location is on the main road and many food joints nearby makes it very convenient place to stay. There are small maintenance issues in the washroom/ rooms which were brought to the notice of owner and we were assured that they will be addressed on priority. Overall a nice place to stay in budget.

If you are visiting Rajiv Gandhi or nearby, staying here is the best overall. Its bit expensive compared to other accommodation around but trust me, the money you pay here is justified. However if you are staying for a long then you can take your time to find a cheaper one bases on your need. But its hard to find a room that doesn't have cold-mds (ddhusii) in the room. This hotel has lift and one room per floor with AC, attached bathroom and Kitchen Table in case you want to cook yourself. Note : Hotel doesn't have the inhouse F&B service, but they can manage if you really need. We eat at the hospital itself. Remember you need to rent the gas and cooking utensils. Or you can request the housekeeper uncle to let use the gas stove and utensils on the top floor. Its not that hard. We stayed here for 3 nights and it as nice. Best thing is that this is the Nearest place to stay from Rajiv Gandhi 5 minutes walk.

The residency was just average, the exhaust in the bathroom was not working, water was dripping slowly in the bathroom, and its owner Ashita Goel is very greedy and rude, I went to stay for 2 days, had paid the advance for one day beforehand, still she wanted the full payment for 2 days before even entering the room. Moreover, I had also stayed here a few months back. On the check-out day, she would call at 7:30 am or 8 am in the morning asking if I wanted to stay or leave, and if I wanted to stay, she would demand immediate payment.

During my recent visit to the rajiv gandhi hospital for a medical appointment, I had the pleasure of staying at spaark Hotel. I was impressed by the hotel's attention to detail and their understanding of the needs of hospital visitors. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a relaxing environment after long days at the hospital. The staff bhushan ji and aashita ji were friendly and compassionate, offering helpful tips and suggestions to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel's location, with its hospital view created a relaxing atmosphere that gave me satisfaction that i can see hospital from hotel window I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the hospital, as it made it easy for me to navigate to and from my appointments. I highly recommend spaark for its excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and convenient location near the hospital. Recommended

We have been there for almost two weeks in January 23. Initially our plan was to stay there couple of days. Later we were so satisfied about their service n hygiene n cooking facilities that made us to feel like "home". Besides owner is so much cooperative n gentle. We wouldn't miss staying there next time.

I recently had to stay at the Spaark residency and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and comfort provided. The hotel staff bhushan ji and aashita ji were extremely understanding and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure my stay was as stress-free as possible. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location, just a walking distance from the hospital, was incredibly convenient. I was so happy when owner provided cab services which made transportation to and from the hospital hassle-free.
