Nice Hotel and Good Staff Behavior

More than a decent place but no parking ..very narrow street

The room was not clean...it was not sanitized properly. Human hair was found in bathroom sink, room floor and bed linen. Even the toilet seat had hairs!! Used soap covers anfd stains on the batjroom sink. The furniture had dust layers all over !! The bed linen had marks all over. There was a packet of used contraceptive (condom) in the small attached verandah!! The hotel staff was not at all professional. There was no proper night manager. When I raised the concern in the morning, I was informed that the manager would not be there till 12 noon. Needless to say, I had to leave for a busy day ahead and hence headed out.

Worst owner(lady) and staff I have ever seen, I have booked a room online for 2 days, but at the time of check in, they denied my check in and asked for the extra money almost double of the actual booking rate. The hotel location is far away from the main road. The rooms are not very clean and it's messy. Also, The way of talking with customers is not good. My suggestion is, there are multiple hotels available nearby to this hotel, go for that.

The rooms very good and staff behaviour also very good and they provide all services in few minutes and there charges are also low compare to near around other hotels

Excellent Rooms and also service

Room service is pathetic. After askin twice they provided me wet towel. They don't provide soap in washroom. You have to remind them twice for this kind of basic things. There was spider web in room. I have made it's video, but not getting option of loading video here.

Rs.2,500/- per night is expensive for this kind of hotel.
