I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very polite, the rooms were cozy and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!||Just a small suggestion: it would be great to upgrade the old electric sockets with newer ones.||Thank you!

I stayed here with my family .We booked 2 rooms .The bed in one of the room was okay but the other one was so bad that my parents couldn't sleep properly. Their room service is quite slow. Rooms are small and with no ventilation. There is no breakfast buffet, they give you options to select from.It was average but the options are limited. The location is good. I won't recommend this. There are far better options at this price in the same area.
It's a 3 Star hotel . Rooms are good with few amenities viz; Toiletries, Comb, Dental Kit and Shaving kit are provided. In addition to this they provide disposable room slippers also. |Though they provide an electric kettle in every room but they are not providing any tea coffee kit. |There is an option of complimentary Breakfast and also an option of Complimentary Breakfast along with complimentary Lunch/ Dinner. |Food Quality is average and buffet Breakfast is very limited with only 5 items and out of which only one item is getting changed everyday rest all are the same on a daily basis. |I had opted for complimentary lunch/ Dinner.. but really got disappointed with their fixed menu items. It's very limited. |I should mention a point that you will not have any south indian food here in this hotel. Rather they don't prepare it. |If you are planning to stay here in this hotel. Try to avail / have you Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner Outside this hotel. You will have plenty of options just 2-3 mins walking distance from the hotel. |The location of the hotel is nice. You will have a shopping place ( Ajmal Khan Rd. - Karol Bagh) just 6-7 min walking distance from the hotel. |So in a nutshell, it's a good hotel for solo travelers or families for a short stay.
The room was nice and it was worth for the price. The staffs were too kind and cooperated throughout. Location is good too. Really loved the service
We would not stay here again. Rooms are cleaned well, and staff do their best, but the overall facility needs more upkeep for a 3-star hotel. Comparing other hotels we've stayed in India, I'd call Hotel Rupam 2-star. Beds were comfortable. However, our bedsheets were never fully dry which just feels a little icky. Doors and windows are thin, so an afternoon nap was near impossible. Restaurant next door was good for both dinner and the included breakfast.
I stayed with family from 27 to 29Dec. Nice and safe place. Mr.Raman Mishra and his boys are good attitude. Room service is on time. It's budget friendly too. Morning breakfast is complementary and good in taste. I like the stay completely.
Update the bottom. One of the Worst Hotel Experiences Ever!! I had one of the most disappointing and frustrating stays at Rupam Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of horrible. Here's a breakdown of why I strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking a stay here: 1) **Awful Check-in Experience**: I arrived an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of offering a place to sit or wait, the staff rudely informed me that I had to pay an additional 500 for early check-in if I wanted to wait inside which was a completely unprofessional and inconsiderate approach. There was absolutely no hospitality or customer service. 2) **Misleading Room Pictures**: The rooms I was given were NOTHING like what was shown on the website. The images online were highly deceptive, and the reality was a far cry from the advertised rooms. The room was outdated, shabby, and far from the standard I expected. 3) **Dirty Washroom**: To my horror, the washroom was filthy, with a strong stench that made it unbearable to use. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, with stains on the floor and walls, and unpleasant smells wafting through the room. I couldn't believe I was supposed to stay in such a condition. 4) **Non-functional AC and Dirty Linens**: The air conditioner was completely non-functional, the walls had patches of plaster falling off. The bedsheets were stained and looked like they hadn't been washed properly. It seemed like someone had used them to wipe their shoes. How can they even think this is acceptable for paying customers? 5) **Disastrous Room Service**: We ordered lunch and asked the reception to send it to the room, as outside food was allowed. However, they refused to deliver it to the room without any reasonable explanation. It's unbelievable that a hotel would have such poor service and make guests feel unwelcome. All in all, this was a truly awful experience. The lack of professionalism, poor room conditions, and overall neglect made it one of the worst stays I've ever had in any hotel. I strongly recommend avoiding Rupam Hotel at all costs. There are plenty of better options in the area that value their guests and provide decent service. Save yourself the trouble, and book elsewhere! update: To your response on: 1) Yes that was 500 it was typo which I corrected. 2) Regarding misleading pictures: you can call anyone who have eyes they can tell the differences. 3) Regarding the smell, should I laugh or what to say on this, ask you service boy only who brought the luggage to room. Neglecting complain and telling lie. That was expected from you just after looking your reply only, I can understand how you are dealing with it, feedback or complain doesn't matter here, I wish If you would have read the negatives comments and took it for a constructive feedback, but some people chose to do opposite. Just on check note: go to the washroom as well with safety authority and check once. 4) I am amused to your reaction if someone tells you your AC is not functional. I hope you have that much sense why people use AC regardless of outside temp and where are coming from (this should not bother you). Instead of working on issue questing user why are you feeling cold/warm, which is why I said hope you understand what is AC (it doesn't mean that you can only use if outside temp is 45+). You should work on your ethic first. 5) Regarding Outside food: I didn't ask zomato/swiggy riders to come upstairs, I asked at reception to send the food to our room. you can check you call logs for this. I really don't have time for all these and also didn't want to write anything, I usually don't give feedback also but your behavior made me do it. I am surprise to see you have that much time to ague and making false accusation to customer but not having time to really take this as feedback and try to improve the service. Nevertheless after all we all are different.
We have stayed many times in Hotel Rupam over the years. It is well connected and in a good location. Mr.Raman Mishra and team are courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There are good eateries around the hotel. Karol Bagh metro station is closeby.
