Hotel Royal Saffron - Kirti Nagar

One of the worst hotels I've ever come across till now. The receptionist and the staff are highly unprofessional. The receptionist doesn't even know how to talk to the customers and he is so rude and behaviorally unethical person.

I felt Receptionist is very un professional kind of specially don't know how to behave with Clients, other staffs as well, room was oky I stayed at 4th floor , lots of noise from their kitchen staff.

Avoid this hotel! Dirty, loud, and very bad service. We stayed several nights during a wedding and it's bad even for Indian standards.

Very average room and can feel many differences from the online pictures. I recommend checking the room before giving the check in OTP. Dirty bedsheet and towel. Over used pillows. Broken switch board. No dustbin and no telephone in the room. Location is easy to reach and nearby shops are available as it's a busy area. It was mentioned as the room got a city view but my window opened to another nearby building only. Many reviews look like they were fabricated after visiting the property.

Rooms are ok, But they are not clean. Hygiene is not up to the mark. Parking space is small , so better to ask before coming. Washrooms are spacious and good. They need to think about hygiene.

Very nice experience, staff was very friendly and cooperative.. allowed me to check out after 30 mins of actual checkout time, without any fine.. and the outside area is clean, ambience is soothing, and rooms are clean as well, location is very good!

Service and rooms are not satisfied . This hotel is good for a solo male person and not for family
