Hotel and rooms were neat with AC. Staff and service were good. Complementary breakfast buffet was good. Locality is safe and good and food option outside are also available. Price is affordable and contact Treebo customer care for better price. Walkable distance to MRT and somewhat central to tourist places.||AC had faults and rooms were changed without problems..

Narin at the front desk (morning shift) was very nice and helpful--great customer service! The bed was comfortable, and the mini refrigerator in the room was a useful addition. The location was decent--about a 15-minute drive to major attractions, yet quiet enough at night for a peaceful sleep. A lovely surprise: thank you for the birthday cake--it was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated! The room specialy bathroom wasn't clean at first, but after informing Narin and the cleanliness manager, the situation improved. Communication through Booking.com seemed to be handled by a robot, resulting in many repetitive and incorrect warning messages.even after check-out, I received a "no show" message and card charge warning, which was frustrating The breakfast had limited options and could use improvement. The air conditioning only worked for limited periods--it would turn off with a noise and had to be manually turned on again during the night.

Stay was good, hotel staffs are cooperative. Food was nice. Overall stay was worth the price. Complimentary breakfast was there. Area is nice and near to Karolbagh market. It's very near to the metro as well. Shopping places are nearby. Hotel is overall good for the family stay

Rooms were clean and services were good. Staff was co-operative when anything requested over call itself, doesn't need to remind again. Property was maintained well and cleaning was done regularly. Need to request for hot water to bath for hours after 10 am, but they do it on request without charges. Also they provided us heater complimentary which shows there hospitality. Food in restaurant was good, complimentary breakfast was good, if they can clean/replace table mats regularly can also give top quality here. If you are coming with family the area might feel you an awkward feeling for a little time, but it is depends on people. Also very closed to karolbaugh market so if you like some cheap shopping you can utilize your spare evening time here. Overall it was worth staying here based on the amount paid.

We as a couple were there for 5 days. Rooms are too small. Service and Staff was good. They have buffet breakfast with good menu options. Location wise its a good and safe location. Metro station is nearby. Good Lunch/Dinner options nearby. They also has weighing machine to weight your bags.

I highly recommend avoiding this place. Most of the reviews seem bloated and do not reflect the actual experience. The washrooms are not clean, and the hotel is located in a very dirty and crowded locality. The rooms are extremely small, making the stay uncomfortable. Even the kitchen and dining area are unhygienic, which is unacceptable given the price they charge. Definitely not worth the money. Look for better alternatives!

I with my family stayed in this hotel, the room, staff and services were best. My family including my 4 years sons feels quite good and safe in this property. Moreover, the front dest manager understands our requirements and provides the best. Overall experience was in the hotel are superb.
