Hotel Ritz

Rooms are exceptional for the price. Really clean--among the cleanest I've seen in this price range in all of India. Bathrooms are huge, and the shower has excellent water pressure. The staff is also very friendly and ready to assist with anything. The breakfast offers a lot of variety; I just had some fruit, but everything else looked fresh and well-prepared. There's also a coffee machine that makes great coffee.

We was there for 3 nights and couldn't complain one bit. The staff was kind and useful they helped with booking private taxi for tour around new and old Delhi and at a reasonable price. The room was nice and comfortable and catered to all are needs. Only thing I could complain about is the price of the beer lol. Highly recommend if you are staying in Delhi for a few nights

Our first stay in Delhi. Room, bed sheets and bathroom were clean. Nothing special but acceptable standard. Nice staff and good breakfast. Room service was good as well. They also provided a sim card and set it for me for 650 rupies. Paid 3 nights by card on arrival. If using booking.com be careful as sometimes hotels get hacked and you'll receive weird messages with links to pay in advance. Just ignore it. Position is good but a bit scary at night.

The facilities in the room are complete eg hairdryer, mini bar, AC, kettle. Shower has a rain shower head. Fresh fruits and drinks are gratis. The free breakfast had many selections, much better than 4 other hotels I stayed in. Property was well maintained. Pickup from airport was free. Overall was a good stay.

Do not recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel photos on website must have been from when the hotel was 1st opened. Everything is tired. The shower head was black and full of limescale. The bed was ok. The bath towels were so worn they didn't dry you. No hand towels. Room wasn't serviced. Room was clean. The person on reception was nice enough. However we got totally ripped off. The staff charged 1400 Rupees for four kingfisher strong beers which is the equivalent of PS3.50. And can be bought in the U.K for PS2. I agreed to buy a sim card from staff after being persuaded this would be a cheap option to allow me to use my phone for calls and data whilst on day trips. I paid 650 Rupees and the sim did not work and had no credit, Very disappointed as we regularly tipped staff exceedingly well. Would not recommend this hotel.

I don't really understand all the bad reviews here - hotel is good, quite clean and modern, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine, location is good because there's a railway and metro station 10-15 walk from the hotel. I recommend this place if you want to explore Delhi by public transport

I loved staying here. Right in the centre of all the action, proper Delhi! Hotel manager Ranjana was amazing in organising me a 5 night trip to Agra, Jaipur and Pushkar. My driver, Anil, was a most excellent driver negotiating the chaotic roads of India. I felt safe at all times with him. 10/10 recommended.

I booked it from Booking.Com and it showed very well decorated and a big room worth Rs.5000 per night. I booked it with pay at hotel facility. When I reached the hotel, I saw it is dirty and the room is too small. I took 2 nights stay and everyday morning, the water was not there in the toilet. Not a single drop of water in winter. The linen was with lots of dirty spots, both on bed's linen and bathroom. The bathroom linen was too small for me. The breakfast was with few options only with low quality food. One thing I will day moderate is the behavior, I shouted at lot about all this discomforts but they didn't say anything, also which means that they know all these. I think the rooms are worth of Rs.1500/2000 per night not over that. I think Booking.Com and the Hotel Ritz collaborates to fool everyone! Next time I will not use Booking.Com for any bookings. Worst experience!
