Hotel Pooja Palace

This place felt like home in the chaos of Delhi. I stayed here originally with a group tour and the service was excellent and the rooms were clean and well presented. Staff are always incredibly helpful when trying to navigate Delhi. After coming off a grueling night bus at 5am, I asked my tuk tuk driver to drop me at pooja palace as it was the only place I knew and felt safe at as a sole female, and Aalam welcomed me like an old friend and let me spend the morning there whilst I regrouped for my connecting flight.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Pooja Palace in Karol Bagh, New Delhi from 11/03/2025 to 14/03/2025 with my parents and 8 months old daughter. The hotel offers spacious rooms that are well-maintained, providing ample space for both relaxation and work. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the rooms, common areas, and bathrooms, was exceptional and truly appreciated. The rates are very reasonable, especially considering the prime location of the hotel in Karol Bagh, which is well-known for shopping and local attractions. The value for money is definitely a highlight of this property. What stood out the most was the behavior of the staffs. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Alam, who went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. His warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Pooja Palace for anyone visiting New Delhi. It offers a perfect balance of comfort, service, and affordability.

I stayed at Pooja Palace for 2 nights, the staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were nice and tidy. It is in a busy area of Delhi, however situated down a side street so you don't notice the noise until you wandered to the main street. We mostly got ubers around as they were extremely cheap, we did walk around one day and although the area felt chaotic, we did feel safe. We had breakfast and meals here. The food was delicious and reasonably priced too. Would recommend

I stayed here for more than 10 days. It is wonderful experience. Cool, clean rooms. Very decent. Good room service. Staff are very cooperative. More over it is very close to Karolbagh Metro, you will find good shopping around. I love staying in Pooja Place!!!

The staff and the rooms are wonderful. The highlight is definitely the service. I felt like a princess during my stay there. Thank you so much to everyone on the staff. As for the location, it's a quiet street that's quite central and a wonderful base for exploring Karol Bagh. However, as with most cities in India, the surrounding area is not very well maintained in terms of cleanliness. (The hotel however is very clean and well maintained) thanks again !

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pooja Palace! The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The hotel's atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and serene place to stay.

I came here for new year with my wife and kid...stay is very good and safe...food is also very good...hospitality is excellent....the only thing is you have to conceded that for new year celebration you have to go some were else if you have a kid with you...otherwise it is Karol Bagh there are so many pubs and bars here..rest is excellent no complain about it....Me and my wife and 5 yrs young boy have a very good and pleasant stay here....I highly recommend this Hotel for very one coz it is near metro station and Karol bagh main market so happy staying........

This stay was outstanding. Service was efficient and great, everyone was personable and exceeding. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Pankej das served us on the roof top terrace (our favourite area of the establishment) amazing service with great recommendations for locations to visit. Over all a great stay, would recommend!
