Hotel Persona International

Terrible Experience - Not a Safe or Professional Hotel I had an extremely bad experience at Persona Hotel, Delhi, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel--especially for solo travelers or women. I made a 3-night booking through Agada and paid the full amount in advance. On the morning of my travel (March 8th), I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, and they confirmed that my room was booked under my name (Chetna). I also informed them that I would be arriving late at night, and they assured me there was no issue. However, when I landed in Delhi around 11:30 PM and was heading to the hotel at 1 AM, I had trouble locating it. I called the hotel for guidance, but to my shock, they suddenly claimed there was no booking under my name! I told them I had called earlier, and they had confirmed my booking, but they rudely said there were no rooms available and told me not to come. Stranded in Delhi at 1 AM with nowhere to go, I had no choice but to reach the hotel anyway. When I arrived, they again refused my booking and told me they don't accept Agada bookings anymore. If that was the case, then why was the hotel still listed on Agoda? The worst part? They demanded extra money for a room despite my full payment already being made. With no other options at that hour, I had to pay them extra just to get a room. Once I reached my room, they pressured me to lie to Agoda, saying I stayed somewhere else so I could get a refund. This shows how dishonest and unprofessional they are. The next morning, they even denied my complimentary breakfast and said I needed to pay extra. When I told them I would vacate the hotel immediately, they suddenly changed their stance and offered me the breakfast. This hotel is not safe for women, highly unprofessional, and a scam. They take bookings, deny them at check-in, and then force guests to pay extra at odd hours when they have no other options. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're thinking of booking here, avoid it at all costs!

If you require a decent no frills hotel in a convenient place then Hotel Persona International is for you . Right in the heart of Karolbagh and 5 minutes walk from the metro. You dont really need to leave the area It's all within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable with a very comfy bed . The staff are good and very helpfull. They organised anything we requested. No problem. As for Abid, the boss, the man is a legend. He organised train tickets and phone sim cards long before we left Australia. All my pre trip queries were answered by email immediately. He really knows the travel business inside out. Anywhere in India he can arrange with no problems. definitely the man to talk to for travel.| As I said, if you require safety , security and a place handy to all the action then this is the place. |Thanks Abid

In the heart of Karol Baug. The rooms are very good. The service was outstanding. The staff was polite. The bathroom was very clean and big. You may find it difficult to find a car parking here.

Centrally located with proximity to areas like Rajpath and Connaught Place, this hotel in Karol Bagh is one of the decent stays you can live in for your Delhi trip. The hospitality of the staff is excellent and they treated us in a very decent manner. The rooms are clean and the food is decent, though it can be bit improved. The service provided is good and is always punctual. I recommend this hotel to people who prefer a decent stay near to the center of Delhi.

A first time experience with all my batchmates. We were 80 in count and were accommodated by Persona International. The manager is very friendly and very nice person. Service is very awesome and quick. You won't find any complaints staying here. Atmosphere is too positive the keep you happy and make you feel very special.

On 20dec2023 checked in the hotel along with other 2 families .Came across crowed and congested roads .Hotel was having limited rooms .Dinner served was better but breakfast was not upto the mark and we had to go with fixed menu. Food was served in our rooms probably dining hall was not available. Staffs are friendly and cooperative but there is remark over the cleanliness .Towel offered to us was torn and weared.Maitaining a substandard bathroom where flush is not available. Although looking at the price its a below average hotel needs to improve .
