Hotel Pawan Plaza

The stay and hospitality was warm. We were two ladies visiting this absolutely new city in a new country although neighbour, return to this hotel felt like home. They took care of our luggage with full responsibility when we were away post checkout and also took good care of some deliveries. Good place to be at in delhi. :)

Pawan Plaza is a great budget option in Karol Bagh, close to the metro stop and a big market, as well as many small shops. Importantly, the staff is welcoming, kind, and generous (letting us borrow adaptors and enjoy free cold water, etc.) Rooms and en suite bathrooms are simple but clean and A/C is strong. When our mixed-race and mixed-religion group of eight was met with blatant discrimination and rudeness at a hotel of global brand recognition, we left after just one night and needed a different option urgently. (Rhymes with "Schmyatt" - I've cancelled my membership and will never stay in one again!) Pawan Place came to the rescue and treated our group with utmost respect. We will be back!

The bathrooms were horrible, the smell, the stained tiles and the bedsheets weren't washed a bad odour was emitting from it, the staff was nice, overall experience would be a 1.

10/11/2024 The rooms were compromisable but the washrooms are not good at all. Flush didn't work and also it was not worth the money paid. Lift is not working very bad service

Rooms and all avg one - those who can looking for budget friendly hotel can choose , nearby lot for hotels and good place to access other main spots

We are from Kerala, and we stayed at this hotel for six nights during my official business trip to Delhi. The most notable aspect of this hotel is its location--it is very close to the Karol Bagh metro station and the channa Market, which is always busy but not overcrowded. This provided a sense of comfort. As a South Indian traveling with my wife, I was initially concerned about safety, especially during night travel in Delhi, but staying at this hotel felt much safer and more secure. The staff were polite and did not interfere much. As for the negatives, the cleanliness was just okay. However, the room service improved every day. Another downside was the room space, as the rooms were not very spacious. Zomato and Swiggy are available at any time, but eating inside the room is a bit of a challenge as there are no facilities like a chair or table. Overall, the stay was very good. Although my wife was initially uncomfortable, she later found it quite cozy. I would recommend Pawan Plaza in Karol Bagh as a budget-friendly hotel for those looking for an economical option.
