Hotel Park View

"I had an absolutely dreadful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The check-in process was chaotic and unorganized, with staff that seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests. The room I was given was filthy--stains on the sheets, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning didn't work, and the window wouldn't even open. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was spotty at best, and the TV didn't work at all. When I tried to bring this up to the front desk, they were unhelpful and rude, offering no solutions. The breakfast was a joke, with stale pastries and cold coffee. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else."

Absolute rip off. I stayed here for 3 days with my family in 3 different rooms from jan 24 to 27. Mices in all rooms. Dirty and outdated bathrooms. Please save yout money and do not stay here.

Stains in washroom, no complimentary water bottle, tea or coffee although it was added in hotel fare, no early morning service of breakfast, no hot water was available in washroom in winter also but dinner served was good.

The staff at the hotel was very rude, the receptionist was using abusive words, please never go to this hotel. The worst worst experience me and my family got.

Horrific discourteous staff with a bad hospitality. An utterly disappointing experience strongly advise against staying here!

It's located right at the Karol bagh market. The entrance is a bit crowded and the hotel is fine. It's a mid range hotel with reasonable price. The rooms are fine. You should ask the manager to clean the rooms properly before check in. You'll have to call at the reception to ask them to turn on the hot water supply before shower. There will be some disturbances as the road is located right by the side of hotel. The staff are helpful as well.
