Hotel Panicker's Residency - Luxury Hotel

Great location and very close to the main shopping street of Karol Bagh with lots of good eateries around. The hotel is very clean and well maintained with good rooms. Staff was very courteous and friendly overall as well as their Manager . Great experience and definitely recommended! Have a wonderful stay at Hotel Panicker Residency!

Was there for two nights before my flight back. Great location with many shops and restaurants around. Also near the Metro Station to go into the city or visit all important sights of Delhi. The rooms were okay but unfortunately had no windows or properly working vents with fresh air. The shower had no pressure and water scales all over the shower which suggested it was not cleaned properly. The service great, all friendly and well trained.

I stayed in the hotel for three nights with my family. I was on the road facing room. Room was dusty and not properly kept. I could see exposed electrical wirings on the bed headboard sides. Hot water stream was very slow and it took at least 10 minutes to fill a bucket. I haven't tried any food from the hotel. They charged for water bottles from second day onwards. The street in front of the hotel is narrow. Its close to metro station and shopping area and has lot of restaurants nearby.

Loved the whole stay. Staff is really warm and welcoming but the best thing about this place is they offered to keep our luggage there safely while we were in other states (could not take everything because of the baggage limit in domestic flights). |Shoutout to the breakfast uncle who looks slightly like he's from Nepal but is not.

We were given the ground floor rooms on check in and were later moved to suite rooms which were ok. On second day, the staff told us to pack our luggage and we will be moved to the 2nd floor (rooms that we booked) and that our luggages would be moved accordingly. We returned to pack our stuffs and left. Upon our return, none of the luggages were moved and neither rooms were cleaned. We are told that we would be moved the next day. Unfortunately this created a very bad atmosphere for us who came for holiday. We had to pack all our stuff everyday thinking that we will be moving the next day. The second thing is that water flowing from the shower is not drained well. It goes everywhere in the bathroom and toilet and makes it dirty after each use. Rooms were cleaned only after the request was done. However Mr Manoj bhai was very kind to clean our rooms after hours. We booked 2 rooms B&B incl breakfast. On check out, room 1 pay the hotel bill without any surcharges and for room 2, we were made to pay for water bottles which were supposed to be provided by the hotel, late check out fee of Rs.3000 (which is unreasonable if late check out is Rs100 or Rs200 per hour) for 8 hours. Note to management, please clean rooms everyday and do not overcharge your guests on things you should have been providing! You will be driving your guests away with such poor service. Thank you

Terrible Stay - Avoid at All Costs! I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, booked through Panicker Travel, and it was one of the worst experiences ever! First of all, the room was extremely suffocating and dirty - it looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in ages. The air was stale, and the whole place just felt uninhabitable. The bathroom was even worse - the bathing water was muddy, and it was impossible to shower properly. When we complained about the water, the staff gave some excuse about maintenance work being done on the tank, but that's not an acceptable reason for providing guests with dirty water. The overall hygiene of the place was shocking, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to our concerns. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Panicker Travel should seriously reconsider working with such a disgusting place. Absolutely horrible!

Great location near the local market area and great hospitality. But it's still under renovation which means currently there's no dining areas but they do have a kitchen which is happy to bring the food to you (so room service instead).
