Hotel Palm D'or

The receptionist was rude and arrogant. I had called the hotel before arriving to confirm the price, but when I reached there at 5 AM, they changed the rate. Due to my urgent need, I had no choice but to take the room. The air conditioner wasn't working, and even after I complained, there was no response from the staff. The worst part, however, was the waterlogging in the bathroom, which caused a terrible smell throughout the room. This has been my worst hotel experience so far, and I strongly urge everyone not to consider this hotel.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible experience at Hotel Palm D'or. We were asked to pay 600 extra for early check-in and the manager rudely said, "You're only paying 1.5k for a 2-3k room." The room had a hole in the bathroom ceiling, smelled awful, and the bedsheets were dirty. Room was tiny, not like photos. Fridge didn't work, staff were rude and unhelpful. No support from Cleartrip either. Photos shown are misleading, actual condition is shocking and unhygienic. Avoid this hotel and avoid booking via Cleartrip. Worst stay ever.

One of the worst stay in Delhi, Bedbugs , dirty bedsheets with worst pillow, stinky room No tissue in toilet etc. Only HK staff was good. One more things for two person only One Towel Worst Hotel First hotel is asking INR: 3200/- but we paid only INR:2200/-

Worst hotel . Room was filthy, toilet was very dirty. Linen was also not clean . Worst experience . Premises ,the area around the hotel was also dirty . The hotel taxi they arranged for airport drop was in worst condition

2 Star Property Rooms: - No Ventilation - The bathroom doesn't have any ventilation and the water is not going out properly. - The bathroom is dirty. Not sure how rooms will look like from the video which I've captured. Don't go with the photos they have provided. Location: Location is very good just 400 meters from the New Delhi Railway Station, walkable distance.

Everything in this place was filthy. Nothing worked. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. We literally ran away from this hotel. A pathetic excuse for a hotel.
