Great Hotel! It's so nice when the photos online of the rooms match the actual reality. I was surprised by some of the negative reviews. We'd stayed in some pretty basic 3 star hotels in India. This was pure luxury in comparison. We originally booked it as a good value transit hotel for our flight the following morning after our India trip (as the airport Holiday Inn Express and Aerocity hotels are overpriced and poor value for money). Great staff, high standards, good security, and very modern refurbished clean cosy rooms, the wood panelling and floors was a nice touch. Big comfy beds and clean linen. The restaurant also does great food. The only real improvement required is the water pressure in the shower. It's worth noting that no one paid or coerced me to write a positive review as has previously been mentioned. The uber cost and driving time is quite favourable to the airport from the hotel also. I highly recommend staying here.

We booked the entire hotel (47 rooms) for a wedding in our family. When our guests arrived at the hotel, there were no bellboys to take their luggages to their rooms. For most of the guests, my brothers had to pick up their bags. They only had two elevators - one in the front and the other at the back which was hardly being used even by the hotel staff. As if this was not enough, some guests complained of geysers not working in their rooms. This was reported at the reception, but the geyser was not fixed. The stay was from 12-15 December. On the morning of 12th, none of the rooms had water bottles and we had to remind the manager at the reception. The hotel staff was supposed to give 4 water bottles everyday, yet some of our guests were not given water bottles and they had to order room service. At the time of checkout, we were handled bills for room service. To our surprise, the hotel had not only charged for the water bottles, but also levied SERVICE CHARGE which is illegal in the court of law.

I recently stayed at hotel palazzo in and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I checked in, I felt uneasy about the cleanliness of the place, but I was hoping for the best. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed within hours. Firstly, the room was anything but clean. Dust covered every surface, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. I found hair in the shower and grime on the sink. It was clear that the housekeeping staff either lacked proper training or simply didn't care to do their job. However, the real horror began when I tried to get some sleep. After settling in, I noticed small bites on my arms and legs. It wasn't until I pulled back the sheets that I was horrified to discover bed bugs crawling in my bed! I couldn't believe it. I then thought lets sleep for the night as I woke up and went for shower after having the shower grabbed the towel there was soo many bed bugs in the towel which was unreal. I immediately called the front desk, only to be met with indifference. They offered me another room, but I was too disgusted to stay any longer. I ended up checking out early. This hotel is clearly not maintaining proper hygiene standards, and they should be ashamed for allowing such a situation to occur. If you value your health and comfort, do yourself a favor and choose another hotel. I will never return to palazzo inn and will be sharing my experience with anyone who will listen.

The hotel offered a pleasant stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. Convenient location near major attractions made exploring easy.

This week, I booked Palazzo inn for the first time for an event and stay of about 50 people.I was very much impressed with good food quality,great breakfast buffet, exceptional hospitality and service.All staff members and management team were very polite and always ready to help.I would specifically mention the name of most polite and humble Mr Santosh ji of management team who used to personally supervise every event and was in regular touch with me to ensure that we were not facing any issue.I will definitely book this hotel again in future and recommend to my friends and relatives.Location was excellent and easy to approach.
