I was there 2 March . I paid by mistake 2 k extra then I told him brother I have paid 2k please return me his name is Manish Dayal. He didn't give my money return after 2 month .then there was my friend he visited their hotel then they return my money.please be careful check properly.and between these 2 month he was saying one day whatever you want you can do I will not return your money. You can imagine how there's behaviour.

Nice stay at this hotel in a reasonable price, manager Mr. Manish was very cooperative nd staff was also very hospitable! Must give them a chance to host you!

Here's a detailed breakdown: Pros: * Easy Check-in: The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk manager was cooperative and professional. * Room Quality: The room was comfortable and adequate for a solo traveler. * Clean Washroom: The washroom was neat and clean, with towels and shampoo provided. * Laundry & Breakfast: Laundry service and breakfast were good, and the service staff were helpful, though they could be more proactive. Cons: * Lack of Basic Amenities: Essential items like glasses, cups, and tissue paper were missing. I had to call the staff repeatedly for basic issues. * Non-Functional AC: The air conditioning was not working, and the fan shut off on its own, making it extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here during hot weather. * Unresponsive Night Staff: At midnight, I called reception regarding the AC issue and found clutter from someone's dining plates outside my door. Unsatisfactory Stay at O Delhi I had a very disappointing experience at O Delhi. My stay began on a sour note when my train (Vande Bharat) got delayed, and the advance payment I made for a van transfer from the station was never refunded. Upon arriving at the hotel around 4 AM, it took almost 20 minutes for someone to open the gate, indicating a lack of preparedness for late-night guests. Once inside, things only got worse. The room was in terrible condition--smelly, with unclean bedsheets, a dirty blanket, and an overall messy environment. To make matters worse, the room couldn't even be locked from the outside, which was highly concerning for safety. For a brief 7-hour stay, I paid nearly 3400, which felt entirely wasted. Additionally, the hotel's location is far from ideal. I strongly recommend looking for better accommodations nearby to save your money and have a more pleasant experience. Rating: 1/5, 1 rating only for breakfast food and staff who served us breakfast.
