Hotel Maharaja Gold

Too worst No room services Water leakage from washrooms. No light back up No door mats Towels, soaps was not provided , light was not there so no room phone was working. N most important, location given is not accurate, I track it n reached to another block.

Visitor please do not stay in this hotel. Specially if you are with family. I was there to stay with my 3 year old child but that hotel setup was for hourly service who just come there to have fun for hour or more. Rooms and toilet were dirty, welcome staff were treating badly. I strongly do not recommend for family and real couple.

I was stayed in Room no. 403 on fourth floor on dated 14.2.2023 to 16.2.23 at 10 AM. Water tap to have bath was broken and was tapped with cello tap. Very poor service and the bad behavior of the person who told me as manager. On complaint his words were do what can you do. A lot of daily usable things as geaser were not in proper running conditions. No towel, soaps were provided.

Amazing ..... really the warm welcome given by the Hotel Maharaja Gold is outstanding. The staff were very kid friendly. In the evening the view was so romantic . It is really so high standard.

Hotel was perfect but the staff sitting at reception is very pathetic, they didn't know how to speak. Totally arrogant behavior by one of the lady staff. Although they want to fill full register manually like upsc exams and asking ao many questions at the counter only.
