Review: Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price I had high expectations from this hotel given the premium pricing, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the service was practically non-existent. There was no sense of hospitality or responsiveness from the staff. To make things worse, the food quality was very poor. They served stale pakoras and the buffet options were extremely limited and lacked flavor. It was clear that little effort was put into the meals. Another surprising disappointment was that they provided non-branded water bottles. For a hotel charging such high rates, basic standards like offering safe, branded drinking water should be a given. Overall, the stay was not worth the money at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, or good food.

After the terrible experience of our previous hotel in Delhi, we were so suspicious so before finalizing the room we asked to check the room first and to our surprise it was beyond our expectations, we knew the design is mininal and modern but only when we came in to the room we realized how clean the room is and the nice smell in the room was pleasant also. We assume it must be built or rennovated recently .|At first we planned to stay here for only a couple of days from 5th to 7th of Feb and switch our hotel to some other areas of the city, but we liked it here so much that we decided to extend our stay in this hotel for another week.|No matter you choose the family room or the executive (we have been in both) or the deluxe one (we've checked this one as well) the cleanness and quality of services are the same. |Every morning, they come for room cleaning to change the beddings, towels, mobbing the floor and provide fresh bottle water and they are very efficient. |Tea and coffee, Iron &board are grab and go meaning that they are available down the hall and you can use them upon your need.||Personal kit like dental,shaving,comb and hair dryer are not in the room but they are available on request.||There is also a safe box in the room so you can leave your valuable stuff in while surfing the crowded street of Delhi. ||The breakfast buffet is good too! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Le Roi Express, Karol Bhag,Delhi. and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with Mr.Ravi in reception with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The ambiance of the dining area was pleasant and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a great start to the day. The hotel's location is also a major plus--conveniently situated near major attractions and public transport, making it easy to experience the best of the city. Overall, my experience at Hotel Le Roi Express was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I can't wait to return!

I sincerely recommend this hotel because a good hotel should be clean, with odor-free bathrooms, spotless white bed linens, and well-functioning electrical appliances in the room. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the bed--it's not a cheap spring mattress that causes back pain or sinks uncomfortably when you sit on it, unlike some low-quality hotels I've stayed at in the past. Based on my experience staying at numerous hotels, I would rate the quality here as excellent. The service from the staff is outstanding; they are all kind and attentive to the details of their guests. While some guests might occasionally make noise, it's manageable. The environment around the hotel is quiet, with shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and shopping areas nearby. It's also an easy walk to the metro. Most people living in the vicinity are students preparing for exams, so the area feels safe. The hotel's food is delicious and offers excellent value for money. Considering the high quality provided, the price is very affordable.

Rooms are okay, clean but small ! Tea was very very very bad. They charge Rs 75 for single cup and its pathetic. You can get a very nice tea from Nitish tea stall close to the hotel outside 24*7 streetz. When you are asked to put a review maintain two hand distance from the lady at reception.she will take your phone and put the review herself. cleanliness Good.. location very good..

All Services are the best. The Services are like home. Workers take everything like family. Our family will be will be back as we visit dehli. Thanks for taking care of us. The breakfast Menu changes everyday New. Water is free of cost. Rooms are clean.

It was a Nice experience over 3 says stays. specialy breakfast which is included Every day menu Changed. it is near to krol bagh metro and Rajindra nagar metro also. Lift is there in hotel. every day our room is cleaned by staaf without asking them. locker safe is Avaliable in hotel room. Near to Delhi Airport . Railway station , And Shopping Market.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is considerably very new and location is close to metro so that's a good point. Although please be very careful about the bookings with them. I wanted to change the hotel and they never refunded my money after cancelling my booking.com booking. I then decided to continue staying as I was worried about losing the money (9.5k) I had paid them already. Although 2 of our group members didn't have breakfast they were adamant to charge us money for it which left a sour taste in the end. I wont recommend them at all!!
