Hotel LA, New Delhi

I am writing this review with the disclaimer that i have not stayed in this hotel. I am writing this review because i recommended this hotel to my colleagues which was my biggest mistake as i recommended this hotel without reading reviews. Following are bad experience with me & my colleagues. 1. This hotel does not allow out side guest in rooms even if they are your business colleagues. This is very strange as one day they allow and 2nd day they can refuse it is as per their thought process, if they feel ok they can bypass their own rules, so if you book this hotel than be prepared for any kind of surprise which you might not have experienced in your entire life. Hence this hotel is strictly not recommended for corporate guests. 2. If you want to take any guest guest in your room they recommend you to book another room. 3. As per hotel policy outside food and liquor is not allowed even in your room. But if you agree to pay as per their demand Rs. 500/- extra (Note: This extra demand is not written in their rule book) to get liquor bottle in your room than they allow you. 4. If your ask for cutlery set in your room without order anything from hotel they will charge you extra money for that. Even if you bring your food from your home. 5. Most important thing is that they don't care about your about your requests. 6. Staff behavior is very rude and arrogant. They don't know how to handle the situation. 7. While checking in they will take Rs. 3000/- as security deposit. I have read one review which claimed that they have not refunded even after 15 days after checking out. 8. It seems this is suitable only for marriage and parties. but i have read many poor review on that also. I strongly feel that all good reviews are just fake reviews or paid reviews. If you read all bad reviews from customers who stayed in this hotel than you will never dare to book this hotel or recommend anyone to book this hotel. In my almost 18 years of corporate life i have not seen this kind of hotel with so many rules which they themselves can break anytime as per their discretion. I strictly recommend everyone to check hotel rule book before booking the room.

Booked this hotel for a whole month thinking it was a good plan--turns out it was a huge mistake. Their gym is a joke: open only from 7 to 7, and even then, the equipment is either broken or completely useless. The swimming pool? Always dirty. Doesn't look like it's been cleaned in weeks. On top of that, the staff have absolutely no manners. Rude, unhelpful, and clearly not trained in basic hospitality. Total waste of money and patience.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pankaj, the duty manager always went out of his way to make sure everything was okay and resolve any issues or concerns that I had. My room was always kept clean by housekeeping and bed was very comfortable for sleeping. My room also had the best city view with a view of the sun rise and sunset. I want to thank the staff for their care and help while I was there and making the stay memorable. Only suggestion would be that they have more variety in their breakfast buffet.

Had bad experience. Not worth the money which we pay. Hotel rules are more than a 5 star hotel. Staff are really compulsive and rigid. They don't help by any means. It's better to book a 5 star near by. This is an writing after multiple visits. They don't value customers.

Worst hotel i have wver stayed in. 1. Staff mis behaves 2. Food is poor 3. Room service is bad. 4. These guys will reuin your stay. They dont let you do anything in the name of policies. 5. The manger shouts at guests and very clearly threatend to call security and force you to check out. I visited a friends wedding here and had the worst experience of my life. The preparation where soo soo soo poor that i can not wven explain. And again the manager/staff is most unwelcoming to guest. At a point is started felling like a jail rather than a hotel.

Highly unprofessional..!! Avoid this hotel..!! 1 star is more than my expectations for this hotel service nd behaviour Please do not spoil your memorable day. I conduct a corporate event for my client but due to sales person my whole event spoiled. Staff behavior was very rude. even Manager speak rudly like roadside person. The sales person (Suraj) do not have any manner how to talk with the customer because we paid the money in advance & we stuck here. So terrible & unprofessional hospitality they provide same as lala property Even they were force you we provide dinner in restaurant otherwise you canceled your event. Today 10 days complete but still these people are not provide my event payment invoice. After i have asked for it repeatedly.

Please do not visit this hotel. I checked in on 11th Feb and checked out on 13th Feb 2025. |I faced the following issues: |1. Cost of their room is 3500rs but charges of their restaurant are not less than of a 5 star hotel. They charged me Rs 382 for a plate of cucumber I ordered. People reading that may think that prices are mentioned on their menu and I could have ordered from Zomato, Swiggy. But my friends, they do not allow you to bring outside food at any cost. |2. Their baggage screening machine is not working. Because of which, the security at the reception checks every bag by opening them in public. |3. Breakfast time is till 10:30 AM. My friend ordered Aloo Paratha at 10:15 AM in the restaurant but they declined to provide service. |4. Even after doing online payment for the room, the hotel asked for a security fee of Rs 3,000 (refundable). |5. This hotel treats its customers like beggars. Only positive side of this hotel is cleanliness.
