Hotel Jageer Palace

Stinking clothes blankets in cupboards, no toilet paper,no doormats,no powerpoint near bed to charge mobile, no soap for bathe.. I was tired from long ride and just slept..good this is i got hot water for shower.staff were very cordial. Hope they will do better in future.

Booking confirmation was in our hand and we travelled all the way from Chandigarh still declined us the check in by saying we are fully booked. When you were fully booked why do you accept booking online? Ridiculous they tell you to sitdown and don't talk to you for hours one of the worst customer service..

Worst hotel, low quality rooms, service is very slow either they will response after 1-2 hours and even after saying ok they will fulfill that request is also not sure. Basic amenities were missing like water bottles, hand wash, body wash.. it was a torture for us to deal with the hotel staffs. Aloo Paratha, on the name of paratha white flour was served with some sprinkle of aloo masala. THE WORST HOTEL even the railway retiring/waiting/dormitory halls are better than this hotel.

Worst experience ever. They ruined my wedding. Poor preparation. Guest had to eat with plastic spoons. Careless staff. Zero marks for hospitality. The food they offered at the time of booking is different than the food at the time of wedding. Tasteless food. The food is finished way too early. Many guest left without even having dinner. I recommend that choose other options if you are booking for wedding. Avoid Jageer Palace.

Worst experience, I will not suggest anyone to stay or celebrate here. Staff behavior is not good, rooms maintainance/quality/services are not good.

Hotel is very good staff is very coperative And i found a girl on reception her name is simran The smile is like din ban gaya mera she is very kind person

Worst hotel i had ever seen . They dont know how to clean . No cupboard no floor mat Bed and furnitures are filled with dust I recommend not to stay in this hotel

An issue with parking is always there during any event in It's banquet halls and also staff is great but services are late!!
