Hotel Hill Palace

This is not a hotel for families. When we stayed as a family, some people were drinking and making noise in the next room. We brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, but to no avail.

I've been there 2 times before but this time this property is out of his state,very poor paint and room is in bad shape,all things is at worst state,doors, painting, bathroom,and TV almost need big renovation there,I've would suggest not proper place till updates of the rooms and structures,2000 rupees was a lot for a room with lots of cocroaches which I've forget to mention ,finally will suggest to look other hotel from this one...

The hotel room l stayed in was good. Bed sheets were clean, both room and washroom was tidy. Window A/C was good enough to cool the room. The only thing which l want to highlight here is the staff behaviour which was unexpectedly very bad. When l was checking out of the hotel l was suppose to pay the price of a water bottle which ideally should be complimentary but anyways l was okay to pay the same. I was in a rush and l quickly scanned the QR Code put on the reception Table and paid the bill. As soon as l did that the man on the reception, the name of whom l do not know but he keeps a French Beard started speaking in a very rude and unprofessional way as why l did the payment scanning that particular QR. I told him it was right infront on the reception Table so l did that. He started yelling at me saying why didn't you ask me, this is not a Tea shop that you scan and pay anywhere. My humble request to the owner is that uneducated, uncultured people like him who lack the basic etiquette to talk to a customer are putting the hotel's reputation at stake. End of the day what matters most is the behaviour of the people deployed at the place the services of which one is availing. If you continue keeping ill mannered rude and arrogant person like him who does not mend his ways the business is going to suffer irrespective of how good the services are offered. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone where the receptionist does not how to talk to the customer and spoil his mood for the rest of the day!

We are a family of 10. And we really enjoyed our stay in Delhi. Our trip was neatly organized from the starting till the end by Marshal the owner of Trip Teasers India. Even though we made last minute changes. It was handled really smoothly!! I really recommend them for your stay in Delhi and other places throughout the whole trip. Clean rooms and Free wifi was also provided

Whenever I come to New Delhi, I always stay in Hotel Hill Place. I have been visited Delhi 4 times for my health checkup. I like to stay in Hotel Hill Place because of its facilities, its full staff, family behaviour , clean rooms. The service is also very good. You can visit at any time and the service is available all the time. Near the hotel you will find a whole market, everything from food to drinks, you will get the delhi famous Karol Bagh there is a Chinese market where you can get all the things you want.... personally I find hotel hill palace quite safe or good so I can stay here with my family. Hope you like my personal honest review

Don't believe on online Photos, Air condition (Window AC) with full of Motor Voice,You can not sleep at night Properly, Staff is Ok but Day time manager with bad attitude and rude answering, Cupboard with Dead Cockroach & Mosquitoes, Room with full of smell & Fungus, No Breakfast facility in House, They will give you breakfast from out side street cart(Unhygienic) ,better you go outside and eat, First they said Water bottle is complementary but when you go to check out they will charge you. Never recommended to anyone, Managers Attitude is Not welcoming, I stayed here 6 Night in June-2024

Stayed in this hotel last month for 3 nights. Rooms are not hygienic, full of fungus Bathroom average, no exhaust fan No ventilation and no windows opening to outside No sunlight entering the room, you won't feel to stay in the room Staffs are not friendly and cooperative Located near Karol bagh Monday market. Good and budget restaurants available around. Don't recommend food from the hotel

My experience was so nice that I spent around 25 days there. I went to Delhi for my medical treatment. location is perfect to commute to the hospital, and I really feel safe and secure there. Thank you, team Hill Palace, for making my stay comfortable.
