Hotel Grace

My stay at Hotel Grace, Karol Bagh was an absolute disaster. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere. The noise from the street and the reception area was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. To top it off, there was no mineral water provided, and a 4-hour power outage left me without basic amenities. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

The location was good but that was the only good part. The rooms were not clean, the bed sheets were dirty as well, the TVs did not work properly and the ACs were also not working properly. The internet was also poor. Do not recommend.

Its good at price but service is not good

Very good hotel and good location.nice room...Nice food... Nice service.... Nice staff... Reasonable price in karolbagh hotel.went there for a meal with family and food served was delicious and well presented.highly recommend this hotel.overall excellent

i stayed here two nights three days, really enjoyed this hotel with family & excellent hotel, some food problems in hotel because hotel told me government issue but hotel staff provide me food out side. rooms are Very neat and clean and staff behavior very politely. Hotel grace very good location near karolbagh gaffar market area, just walking distance ten minutes. Highly recommended this hotel

Pitambar ji, I m your regular customer..It was my first stay at your New Hotel Grace in Karol Bagh location which was really Remarkable..Your team is treated us very friendly..I suggest all to Book Hotel Grace at very very pocket friendly rates.. Not Suggested for very old guest as No lift in Hotel ..But near and clean AC rooms in very very affordable rates.

Amazing hotel in arya samaj road katol bagh new dekhi, budgets hotel in this area,this hotel is located near ajmalkhan road ,gaffar market katol bagh, this hotel is three star categories, but all facilities available hete, room's are very clean ,I will suggestion everyone go this hotel and stay here,really enjoyed this hotel

Stayed with family for 2 nights. Got early check-in facility but the service and room facility are bad. Bed sheets aren't clean enough, no daily cleaning, clean mineral water isn't available even for an additional price. Staffs are staying in the hotel corridor day and night which makes an un-comfort. No elevator
