I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The interior decor was modern yet cozy, creating a peaceful and elegant vibe. What stood out most was the exceptional service -- every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The housekeeping was prompt and thorough, and the lobby smelled amazing every time I walked in! I also loved the rooftop lounge -- a perfect place to unwind with great views and drinks. We stayed at Good Times Hotel during our April trip to Delhi and had a truly pleasant experience. It's a great family hotel. : safe, clean, and with a cozy, homestyle breakfast that made us feel at home. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Karol Bagh metro station, and the staff can also help you get a safe and fairly priced tuk-tuk ride if needed. The area is vibrant and full of life. Close to hospitals, schools, training centers, and surrounded by people eager to learn and grow. You'll also find fantastic shopping options at the nearby Karol Bagh market, with a mix of shops, restaurants, and bustling street vendors. For those interested in spirituality and culture, the famous Hanuman Temple and Krishna Ashram are within easy reach. Above all, the staff are attentive, kind, and always ready to help. The service was great, and the whole hotel has a happy, welcoming atmosphere. We're grateful for the hospitality and would love to see more people discover this gem. Highly recommended!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to its poor management and unprofessionalism. We had a confirmed booking for six nights, but after staying for just one night, we were suddenly informed that we needed to vacate the hotel. The reason? The owner wanted to accommodate his personal guests, completely disregarding our prior reservation. To make matters worse, they only gave us one extra day to find another hotel, leaving us in a highly inconvenient situation. A hotel should prioritize its paying guests, not cancel bookings at the last minute to favor the owner's acquaintances. The room quality was also subpar. We had booked three rooms, and none of them had windows, making the stay uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Given the price, we expected much better. Overall, this hotel lacks professionalism, proper management, and basic hospitality ethics. If you're looking for a reliable place that respects its guests and their reservations, avoid this hotel at all costs! EDIT : The hotel's response to this review only reinforces their arrogance and refusal to take responsibility for the inconvenience they caused. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they continue to deny the facts. Our six-night booking was confirmed upon arrival, and when we requested three additional rooms (total of six), we were told the hotel was fully booked--which was understandable. However, the three rooms initially provided to us were already confirmed for six nights. Yet, the very next day, we were suddenly informed that the owner had decided not to allow our stay any longer because he wanted to accommodate his personal guests. These were the exact words of the hotel receptionist. No guest leaves a review like this unless they face a serious issue during their stay. Simply denying the problem doesn't erase what happened. The hotel needs to take accountability instead of dismissing genuine concerns.

The rooms were outdated and felt like they were just running an old hotel. Using a temporary lock, TV is not working properly Booked for 3 people, and they provided an extra bed and removed all tables and chairs to add a 3rd bed (expectation was to provide a bigger room to manage the extra bed). No toiletries provided. Although the people were good, the service was a bit slow. The location was walkable from the Karol Bagh metro station. And they have good nearby places for hanging out and food.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Good times in Karol Bagh. The location was convenient with easy access to shopping and dining options. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with any requests especially the manager Rakesh The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers...

Nice place to spend our first night in Delhi. The first room they showed us wasn't up to scratch so we asked to change, this was not a problem. They had a helpful service desk and did an airport pickup. If you do stay the night market a few streets away is worth checking out. Nearby to the metro also.

This hotel really deserves a 5 star review. We stayed here 2 nights, the checkin process was so easy, the staffs were really nice. The rooms are neet and good. The buffet breakfast they provide is really nice. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Upon first appearances, the hotel looks fine. It is not. - it is smelly (so much so that the smell transferred onto us) - there is no hot water (painful to remove said stench) - it is unclean (hairs jn the bed) - it is polluted and there is no air filter in the room (my throat hurts) - it is noisy - the bed is uncomfortable; if you are a couple in a double bed - it is just two singles pushed together but the mattresses they chose have a hard edge and so sharing feels like lying on a hard bed with a wood divide. The staff are however, very welcoming and i have heard that the location is good.
