Hotel Golden Grand

Hotel is situated between Patel Nagar and Shadipur Metro Station. Stayed at Deluxe Room and found it to be OK. Cleanliness is taken care. Food is not that great but OK. So is buffet breakfast. It`s a good hotel to stay for 1 or 2 days. Market is within walking distance.

Restaurant, poor service, expect your order in an hour if you lucky. ||You have to repeatedly ask for items that was ordered . Restaurant staff are disinterested. ||||The rooms were clean ,however we had experienced hot water issues . ||If you wish to have a shower after 10pm or 11pm expect an icey cold shower. ||||I believe the boiler is switched off in the night, so if you out on the town you will probably have a warm shower by 7am.. again... if you lucky .

Hotel was reasonable and breakfast was basic but good. Service was good but they had alot of staff lurking around which made it a tad uncomfortable - almost as if they were waiting to do something just for tips. The front desk had helpful staff but when we were trying to book a cab, the gentleman was insisting we take a luxury private cab for 3 of us - we kept insisting we didn't need anything that expensive - just cheap small cab with driver. The original person we spoke to during checkin eventually came and sorted things out.

We booked two rooms and expected a peaceful stay, but were shocked to be kicked out in the middle of the night. The staff was unprofessional and gave no valid explanation for their behavior. This was not only inconvenient but also felt deeply disrespectful. We chose this hotel expecting decent service, and instead, we were treated poorly without any consideration for our situation. This is not how guests should be treated. I strongly urge management to review their policies and improve customer service. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful stay.

Decent hotel. Breakfast is not bad as well. They have a few options. Stayed for two nights and slept really well. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Had a memorable stay. Short falls experienced in the restaurant menu. Friendly staff and services were fine.

Very nice boutique style facility well kept. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Beautiful designed rooms with marble tiles throughout rooms. Food is the highest quality with exceptional flavours, and every dish is well presented. Wait staff are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the location is its downfall as its a very noisy, unsightly high traffic area. Local area markets are quite dirty and unsanitary for tourist, but interesting. But I would highly recommend hotel features.

One of the beautiful hotel. Good hotel to stay with family. Prices are costly but worth to give. Breakfast combo is good.
