Hotel Gold Regency

I stayed at Hotel Gold Regency for 10 nights during a business trip to India. At first, I felt a bit uncomfortable because the bed sheet had a small stain that caused some itching. However, once I informed the reception, they were quick to respond and immediately cleaned the room with great care and professionalism. I ordered room service every night, and the service was consistently fast and excellent. The staff were responsive and friendly throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient--there are many souvenir vendors right in front of the hotel, so I didn't have to go far to shop for gifts. The room itself was very comfortable. Despite the hotel being located on a busy street, we couldn't hear any honking or outside noise from the room, which allowed us to sleep peacefully every night. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and facilities provided. This hotel is a great choice for both business travelers and tourists.

I stayed hear for 4 days. Booked 3 rooms for 6 people. overall a good experience. Best for family. neat and clean washroom. You will get shower gel, shampoo and handwash as well. A hair dryer is also available in the washroom. The room was fully decorative and had a good interior. The behavior of all the staff members is very cooperative. Food was good but little expensive but Overall a good experience. Fully recommended.

Located just 350 metres away from New Delhi railway station on platform no. 1 side. Good size air conditioned rooms with attached bathrooms having all modern amenities. Complimentary Breakfast and Lunch/ Dinner inclusion is optional. Food quality was also very good.

Room was quite small like the size of the bedroom but has almost good amount of amenities. They have 24*7 restaurant which is commendable but food took almost an hour to be delivered. It's location is such that u will have to walk till hotel from the main road as no vehicles can enter but it's really near to the new delhi railway station.

I stayed at Gold Regency in Paharganj area, Main Bazaar Road, just 400 meters from New Delhi Railway Station, two days ago. The bathroom is very clean. The room has all the facilities. The hotel staff is polite and at your service. Hotel has own Restaurant, Foods are tasty, reasonable price and hygienic . I will definitely recommend this hotel to those who want to go to Delhi. Completely safe hotel.

Pls check carefully, all the 5 star reviews are fake. Check the names of the people giving reviews. My room was changed twice as dangerous spring was popping out of the mattress. It was hurting. Both rooms had same issue , then i gave up. It's a pathetic hotel , dirty linen, towel, front desk goons. Breakfast only rotten fruits and chole Bhature, egg, tea. I and my office colleague had booked total 3 nights each, checked out after 1 night Best part is I requested to put a complain on letter, the front desk person did not even take my check out signature and did not take complain. This is illegal? Be aware before going here. It's yuk. I have complained to Make my trip to get my refund back, let's see.

Great value for money. Had a fantastic Holi ***** these local streets. Security/service staff on each floor does smile. Rail station connects directly to airport.

It was such a pleasure to be here,rooms, food, service everything is top notch here, I visited with my wife, I wish I could give 7 stars I have suggested my friends and relatives for staying there once
