Hotel Gold palace

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating, especially Mr. Manoj, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They generously allowed us to check in early without any extra charges, which was a huge convenience. Even after checking out, I had a work meeting, and they thoughtfully arranged a quiet space so I could attend it without any disruptions. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for three nights and was very happy. The hotel is in an excellent position for seeing New Delhi, the bazaar and the train station. Rooms clean and good selection on menu for breakfast. The manager Manoj was exceptionally helpful to us and gave us good advice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Thank you Manoj for making our stay in India memorable.

The hotel itself is neatly maintained with complete amenities for the guests. It is located in a convenient place - close to railway station and airport accessible. The room was very clean and hygienic. The staffs were very kind and helpful. Overall a really place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel from 7-3-25 to 9-3-25 with my 11yers old nephew wonderful experience premise including rooms well maintained and very clean, staff very co operative and polite , food great, location perfect for people travelling by train and visiting Delhi for business or tourism, 24/7 availability of transport , early check in facility but do not trust for late check out as per the brochure located in main bazar hence very much crowded approach, rooms have no window hence claustrophobic feeling for sometime in the beginning. I have no hesitation in recommending this to new guest

First the Room Size is very small but some what managable. All amenities are here. Near By back side of New Delhi Railway station and walkable. Services are too Good. Situated in a conjected Road and Downstairs there is a bar also but all thee are not a problem once you inside the Hotel. Recommended.

Had a pleasant 2 night stay. Clean room, food was tasty and quite affordable. Hotel location is ideal to catch train from New Delhi Station as its only walkable distance. I fully recommend others to try this hotel.

It is located nearby New Delhi Railway station around 300meters distance and Metro railway station around 800meters. Gold Palace hotel entrance counter is quite impressive, very clean and beautiful. Room size is sufficient for two persons. Room facilities are very impressive. Room and toilet are very clean. Room service is also prompt. Restaurant is situated at the top of the hotel. Veg/Non veg both foods are available in the restaurant and are served in a variety of styles. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served round the clock and are tasty also. It is not included in the hotel charges. We have to pay extra for the food. I recommend the hotel.
