I had an exceptional experience at Goel Residency during my stay with my wife and 6-year-old daughter earlier today at 3:00 a.m. Despite the odd hour, the owner, Mrs. Goel, graciously answered my call and went above and beyond to arrange a wonderful stay for us at a very reasonable price. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, providing a perfect space for my family to rest. The property was well-maintained, and every aspect reflected care and hospitality. I deeply appreciate Mrs. Goel's dedication to ensuring her guests feel welcomed, even in the middle of the night. Typical baniya woman greedy for money everytime. She's always lying about everything and doesn't know how to talk. Don't ever book a room in this property which is always empty. Also she charges fifty rupees for homemade chai which is equal to the consistency of water, better to have it outside from a local stall.

Excellent quality of stay and food. Price is also with in the budget. Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is nice. Moreover hotel owner is very nice, cordial and cooperative. Altogether it was a nice experience while staying here.

I would not recommend this hotel due to the unprofessional and unpleasant behavior of the lady owner. She was extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy when interacting with guests. Additionally, the pricing is inconsistent and seems to change dynamically, which can be frustrating and feel unfair. While the property may have its advantages, the poor guest treatment overshadowed any positive aspects. I suggest looking for alternative accommodations for a better experience.
