Absolutely disappointing stay. The room was filthy, with stained carpets and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets had a strange odor. The staff was unhelpful and rude, acting as if any request was a huge inconvenience. the breakfast was stale and unappetizing. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs."

I recently stayed at Hotel Fortuner in New Delhi, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is ideal, close to key attractions and transportation hubs, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly courteous and went out of their way to accommodate all requests promptly, showcasing exceptional hospitality. The in-house dining options were impressive, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to diverse palates. The breakfast spread, in particular, was a great way to start the day. Overall, Hotel Fortuner offers excellent value for money and a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Delhi, whether for business or leisure.

Visited here along with my friends . They promise high in there photos and all but the things were not as expected. The rooms were cleaned but they used room spay too much , because of it few of my friends were having suffocation and allergic issues and all . Also the washrooms are clean but they have stains in them which makes us reluctant to use it . Of the two days of our stay the food they provide can be rated 2/5 only . They are no taste . And the dishes were not cleaned properly and while wiping with the tissues you could see the oil stains in them. But I appreciate , that they changed the menu of our last meal over there . They cleaned the plate properly, the culinary items got better taste .

Neat and Clean room and service also good near by metro station jhande wala ,near by market Karolbagh naiwala road , my first visit with my family, I am very happy and graceful experience,and The staff behaviour is very good also food is very tasty my great experience for stay with family Hotel fourchuner so I suggest my All friends & relationship if they want to stay in Delhi then connect to Hotel fourchuner my hole family member are very happy . Dirty hotel, the bed had bed bugs and the rooms stunk of insect repellent. Don't stay here if you care about your health, such a filthy disgusting place.

These people rob you if you don't pay attention, I have a bad experience with this hotel I booked this hotel with online app and there was 2700/ night charge with taxes it goes 3100 approx which was shown in app And when I checked IN and stayed for night and when I paid my bill next day at the time of check out The so called manager Mr ANURAG JI he asked me 3500 I asked why the he told me that 3100 is before taxes and 3500 with taxes I was so confused and I asked thrice to confirm the price but he was consistently pushing for. 3500 Back n forth discussion with manager and owner and after wasted 30 mins then he agrees that there was mistake So conclusion, pls pay attention to book this hotel Might be you are next person Plus room was so dirty, bedsheet was not cleaned, washroom was horrible And no lock at door What else you want next Hygiene I would give -10 Never coming back here - I will stay at at railway station or airport Lounge rather than coming here

I absolutely hated the rooms. The receptionist was BAD the room BAD the location BAD worst hotel I don't recommend booking at this hotel I spent 4000 rupees and didn't get a room

Well very overpriced...location beside the highway so you'll feel like you're sleeping on the road.Bathrooms are almost a little better than public toilets.
