Hotel Dwarka Residency Sec 9

Worst hotel I have ever visited. We booked through Oyo and we got a room which is uncleaned. It was dusty and dirty. The toilet was the worst part, they didn't even clean it . It was stained and floor was dirtier. We asked for another room with a clean toilet. But, they had given a room in which tv is broken, cupboard full of broken TVs' and dusty floors. Don't trust Oyo and go to this hotel. Don't book beforehand you see the situation of this hotel. You can witness it from the front desk itself. A fridge which has rotelten foods and uncleaned water bottles.
