HOTEL DOWN TOWN

I recently stayed at Hotel Downtown, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city. The proximity to public transportation was also a big plus. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a spacious layout. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries and towels, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. Overall if you're looking for a centrally located hotel with comfortable accommodations, Hotel Downtown is a great choice.

Rooms are good but lacks proper service like proper laundry and other amenities. Needed to contact the hotel staff several times for basic stuff like towels, cleanliness etc. The staff needs to work a lot on cleanliness of the rooms. One thing I liked a lot was the food. The chef deserves 5 star .

Very bad and pathetic services. Sub-Quality food. They're not flexible and hospitality is simply terrible. Please avoid this hotel

I had a really bad experience. Very bad hygiene. Sheets were dirty. Blanket had fungal growth in them. Staff is not at all experienced. They dont even have extra blankets or room heater .

Hotel's location was very convenient and it was easily reachable. When I reached at hotel ,hotel's staff behaviour was very friendly and when I entered into the room the amenities I got there it was exceptional. I ordered the food it was very delicious and tasty.I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Whenever you are in Delhi book the hotel down town in paschim vihar and have a great stay there. - "Excellent food quality and service"
