Hotel Delhi Pride

Very old room. The room smells full of mould and it's visible in all corners. The bathroom is not at all maintained. You've to wait for 10mints to get hot water. Forget about shower...it's full of scales and mould. Wasn't even working. The TV is so small that you don't want to even turn it on. In nut shell the kind of rates they are charging for rooms is not at all worth spending money. Far better hotels available in the area at lesser cost

Avoid Hotel Delhi Pride at All Costs! I had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Delhi Pride, which I can confidently say is the worst hotel in all of Delhi. The management is utterly unprofessional and lacks any commitment to their guests. I booked a room for a 4-day stay, but on the 3rd day, the manager suddenly appeared and demanded that I vacate the room. The reason? They had accepted a more lucrative booking from another client. To add insult to injury, the hotel also tried to cheat me on my restaurant bills. When I confronted the manager, all I got was a half-hearted apology and a lame excuse about a "mistake". Do not, I repeat, DO NOT stay at Hotel Delhi Pride. Their lack of integrity and professionalism is appalling, and you deserve better.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights and was extremely disappointed. The room prices were exorbitantly high, yet the quality did not match the cost. The room itself had a persistent unpleasant odor and visible mould in the corners and on the ceiling, clearly indicating poor hygiene standards. The washroom was equally unclean, and the shower wasn't working at all. I had to run the tap for 10 minutes just to get lukewarm water, and even then, the water pressure was more like a trickle than a proper flow. Additionally, the room featured a glass panel designed to cover a shaft area, but it did nothing to block out light from neighboring rooms. At night, the intrusive light from others using their washrooms seeped into my room and disturbed my sleep. Overall, my experience was very unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

The online photos misrepresent the actual condition of the property since its took on their hotel opening. Rooms 204 and 405, which I inspected, were substandard. Despite a scheduled 12 p.m. check-in, access was not granted until after 1 p.m. Furthermore, the television was non-functional, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was unsatisfactory.

Worst hotel experience! I called, and the junior staff rudely said, "Even if I don't talk, you'll still keep speaking." Zero professionalism and terrible behavior.

I had an extremely poor experience at this hotel. The night receptionist was rude and demanded extra money without reason. The room lacked proper hygiene, and the service was slow and unhelpful. I would discourage anyone I know from staying here. Not even worth a star honestly

This was a fine experience for me. Manager Suraj and all the staffs were very helpful to me. I even suffered vertigo while I was outside travelling around in Delhi. And as soon as I called them, they came to pick me up where I was and gave me a very good treatment. Roomwise also it is very decent for the price I was paying. Just be nice to them, they'll be extra nice to you. Food was also good. I recommend this to any travellers in Delhi.

This hotel's managing and the staff are very much friendly and cooperative. The rooms and corridor are very clean. They made me feel like home. Thank you hotel Delhi pride's managing. Will visit again.
