Well new property always looks attractive. And Management also maintained the same . Location is good , on road at Pankha Road Hotel is having good amenities . Rooms are clean with good linen and equipped with all basic amenities. Electric Kettle , Tea - coffee sachets . Towels and bed sheets are neat and clean . Almirah with locker also available. Food was good with decent presentation. Only area of improvement is service . Which is very slow and sometimes they forget also what you asked .

Everything from scratch was awesome; their hospitality, cuisine, staff, and everyone were supportive. Rooms were really awesome. I think being a guest, one expects this only. Hotel is very nice and staff is very fastly serve. And room was looking like a feeling of 5 stars hotel because all the amenities on their room that was amazing and night staff on front desk is very dashing talking sence and well manners I really appreciate you I really don't know the name but he wear a goggles.

Nice hotel and location is very good last week I'm in stay there i really feel like I living at our home staff was every supportive and the property manager mr navin thank to u for my smooth check in and your talking sence is great. I will come again next month for business meeting so I suggest our colleges for stay your hotel feel the better experience.

I went 2 times with my family . 1st time they didn't inform about bfast is included . 2nd time they told us n informed us bfast is only for 2 people per room . Room beds are single bed not double bed and beds are small it's waste paying 4000rs for that room. Service wise they are not great I didn't like the Breakfast system . No matter how many members you accompany they give free breakfast for only 2 people for rest members it's paid Wao . Someone taking room for 4000rs and they will not even bother to serve free breakfast for rest of family members . I went with my parents and brother . My parents didn't eat food only me n my bro we had bfast . 2 poori sath sabji nhi khila skte tum log baat service ki krte ho ? I will never recommend anyone staying here as I felt insult for my parents obviously parents will force kids to have bfast they will not go leaving us behind in room . I felt very awkward having bfast at that place . SERVICE Wise Big Zero . Will never ever visit there. ..

I stayed here for a week and this is one of the best stays in the area. The rooms are clean, spacious and hygienic. The staff is very courteous and respectful. For support and easier assistance reach out to Karan at the reception. The location is near to local markets for easier access and a parking area is also available. Overall great stay and service.

I recently stayed at Cullion by Qotel, and it was a wonderful experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Very poor hotel, no service, kitchen service not available after saying 24/7, not worth it, total waste of money, was given a bad room with tv not working, impolite staff, quarreling amongst themselves only. Very poor managemant
