Hotel Citi International (Premium & Dlx)

Hotel rooms experience is so good, but at the same time front desk person is very rude enough that this experience gets away from a good review. It's equally important the attitude of the reception employee main focal point for customer satisfaction. Overall I am not satisfied. In any hotel, water bottles are by default kept in the rooms. Here, we never asked for the water bottles, at the end receptionist charged for the water bottles that to way beyond the MRP. When questioned, he smartly scape goats that we have ordered them, in reality we never ordered the bottles. Overall its such a pathetic experience and the receptionist guy is so shitty of the behavior and attitude. He charged extra amount for the additional person and gave the advance voucher instead of the invoice, when questioned he says that i need to contact the agency through which i booked the room. Overall its very disgusting experience with this hotel

I recently stayed at Treebo C T International Hotel in Delhi, and I had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The hospitality and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. My stay at Hotel Citi International was extremely pleasant . The rooms are very well kept and clean and specially the staff are very helpful . I want specially mention the food , when you are away from home all you crave for is home food , the food here doesn't make you miss home , it's extremely delicious and as you say it simple made with very minimal oil but still is treat for your palate . Definitely a must visit for everyone and must must try the food here

Stayed here recently and it was a complete disaster. 1. They told us we can make card payment but last minute insisted on only cash and made us pay extra 2. We had a late flight and requested to stay until 6pm , we were told no extra charges but upon check out, we were charged one night extra ! Never going back

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The rooms and bathroom were good and had 24 hr hot water facility. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. We would really appreciate if there could be more variety on everyday basis and taste is better.

This is a great place to stay with your family. Reasonable price and good service. Behavior of staff is awesome and very cooperative. Overall it was a great experience and most of the shopping centers are near by.

When I visited first time during last year, it felt mediocre. I thought I should get better at this price point. And this time I booked other hotels and they were no where near the quality of this. This hotels offers the best at this price in this location, people giving bad reviews expect a better quality. But this location is super expensive and this is the best value for money.

Good hotel near karol bagh metro station. Hotel staff is good behavior and supportive. Room is clean and hygiene. Must stay when you travel in Delhi.
