Hotel C & G Villa New Delhi

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The property is located inside a dirty, narrow lane, and the overall environment around the hotel is quite unpleasant. While the hotel appears clean in photos, it was actually very poorly maintained in reality. The hotel was extremely understaffed, and the staff present were impolite and unprofessional. Basic services like providing drinking water, tea, and daily housekeeping (like changing bedsheets) were missing. Even when asked they make a fuss about it...Room allocation was also poorly managed at check-in, they are cunning and sly as they won't let you know this until you pay them.. Then they won't even refund entirely, they will take a day's payment. The rooms themselves were a major letdown. All their Rooms had no windows or balconies. Even in the so-called "family rooms," windows opened only into another building's wall, offering no ventilation or view. The only positive aspect is the location -- but honestly, you can easily find better hotels nearby with far superior service and facilities. I would not recommend staying here.

I'm stayed in this hotel last week and had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Most friendly receptionist and staff ever and a great first impression of hotel. As this is new hotel the facilities and the ambience was really good This hotel also provide the taxi facilities for airport transportation parking was also available

Although we had done booking for 4 from booking.com but they weren't accomodating us and offered to move us to another of their's property. We refused and stuck to the same property. The rooms were very new so they were very clean and amenities were proper. The location of the hotel although very close to new delhi railway station is inside a very small dirty gully. Electric autos can take you to RK Ashram Marg metro station at cost of 10 per seat from where CP is very close.

Not only did they re-sell my room to someone else so when i turned up, there was NO room for me, they have taken my money for the room and refused to give it back!! AVOID! You'll get much better service at Gold the Prime hotel which is where i ended up just around the corner. New-er, cleaner, and not thieves!

The staff of hotel is very honest and kind and focusing on cleanliness provide better service Room was clean with the essential and basic but very warm and comfortable and also have Transport facilities, specially for the tourist Super nice hotel ! Me and my friends would surely choose it again

Never book this hotel, the reception guy is a scammer, the guy always give false promises. I booked twin bed room for two days through booking .com . After the booking this guy started to chat with me and asked me to confirm the arrival because he has limited room availability it was early morning time and I reached the hotel at night with family then this guy with a smile he refused to give us room and forced to cancel the booking from booking.com and sent us to another their small hotel near to them, he said to us to stay one night in another hotel and next day he will provide the same room which was I booked in his hotel ,we accepted his offer and went to another hotel and we adjusted with the small room . Next day morning I called this guy he said us keep our luggages in the same old hotel and will take all my luggages to his hotel . He asked us to come back to his hotel in the evening..we returned to his hotel in the evening but he didn't bring our luggages and easily said that no room available...his aim is that provide the rooms for the guest who ever directly coming to his hotel and to deny the bookings made through online ..he knows that once family reached there late they will not have any choices so they will be forced to stay in their old hotel .so pls don't trust the reception guy's words and avoid this hotel. I saw another family was facing the same problem with this guy on my second day stay in their old hotel.

Customer service and personnel are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and rooms are comfortable. They also help with tour and transportation with an excellent service and fair price. Shoaib was very responsive and was professional. He attended to all our needs and was very helpful. He was one of the most dedicated staff that we have come across.
