The mattress was uncomfortable, feeling lumpy and worn out, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's rest. Bathrooms were in terrible condition, with mold and grime in the corners, and poorly maintained fixtures. Food: The breakfast was a nightmare. After eating, I ended up feeling sick and even vomited. The food quality was questionable at best, and it did not taste fresh. It's clear that hygiene and quality control in the kitchen are not a priority here. Location: The location of the hotel is very inconvenient and far from any major attractions or facilities. It took a lot of extra time and money to get to where I wanted to go, which was frustrating and disappointing. Service: Service at Hotel Blue Bell was below par. The staff seemed indifferent and were slow to respond to basic requests. To make things worse, they charged a lot more than usual for simple necessities like a bottle of water. Overall, the service felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. Overall: My experience at Hotel Blue Bell was one I wouldn't want to repeat. Between the unclean rooms, substandard food, poor location, and indifferent service, I would highly advise looking elsewhere.

Horrible experience- Never staying here again !I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Blue Bell, and I have to say, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. First off, the rooms were filthy. It was clear they hadn't been cleaned properly, with dust on the surfaces and a musty smell lingering in the air. The mattress was uncomfortable and lumpy, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were in terrible condition--old fixtures, barely any water pressure, and a general sense of neglect. The location was inconvenient and hard to reach, not close to anything useful or interesting. On top of that, they had the nerve to charge an outrageous amount for a simple bottle of water. The service was just as disappointing; the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful throughout my stay. The real low point, however, was breakfast. After eating there, I ended up feeling extremely sick and even vomited. This was the final straw in an already horrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Hotel Blue Bell. It's not worth the money or the discomfort!

The amenities listed on the hotel's website did not match reality, with the gym and pool being either under maintenance or completely unusable. Noise from the nearby road made it hard to rest, and the food quality in the hotel restaurant left much to be desired. For the price, I expected a much better experience. I would not recommend staying at Hotel Blue Bell unless significant improvements are made.

I can't believe this place is rated 3 stars--what a joke! My stay at Hotel Blue Bell was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was filthy, with stains on the bedding and a strange odor that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom was even worse, with mold on the tiles and leaky faucets. The so-called "amenities" were a nightmare: the AC barely worked, and the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent. I called the front desk for assistance, but the staff seemed completely uninterested and unhelpful. To top it all off, the noise from the street and other rooms made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Hotel Blue Bell may claim to be a 3-star hotel, but I'd struggle to give it even 1 star. Save yourself the trouble and stay anywhere else!

The receptionist don't have sense to how to talk with a customer even they refuse you to checkin without luggage if you are 18+ too

One of the cheaper options in Karol Bagh--an area teeming with activity yet offering great value for budget-conscious travelers. This area offer cheap options compared to the upmarket areas around this area. The location of this hotel is excellent to reach Metro, CP or Karol Bagh market. The rooms are spacious and the hotel staff helps out if needed. Cleanliness and odour is something that they should take care off. Amenities: All the basic amenities are available. Overall, a cheap but nice place to spend a night or two if you are going through Delhi.
