Hotel B Continental

I recently stayed at this hotel B Continental, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered: Location: The hotel is situated in a very congested and noisy area, on a road that is poorly maintained and dirty. This made getting in and out of the hotel an unpleasant experience. Bathroom Hygiene: The bathrooms are unhygienic, with outdated fixtures that are barely functional. Both the taps and commode are in dire need of replacement. Food and Dining: A major disappointment was the lack of an in-house restaurant, which was not disclosed during booking. Instead, food is outsourced, requiring guests to order from a menu provided in the room. However, 90% of the listed items were unavailable, and the prices for the available options were excessively high. Given these issues, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and looking for better alternatives. The experience was not worth the cost, and I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. The room conditions were unacceptable. The bedding was dirty, with visible stains, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. The bathroom was unhygienic, with a foul smell, leaking faucets, and mold in the corners. It felt like no effort had been made to maintain the basic standards of hospitality. The food was completely subpar. It lacked flavor and freshness, and some items seemed stale or reheated. My meals were often served cold, which made it clear that the kitchen staff had little regard for quality or presentation. The attitude of the staff was the most distressing part of the stay. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissive and rude. Rather than resolving issues, they acted annoyed and made me feel like an inconvenience. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry. This hotel does not deserve anyone's hard-earned money or time. The poor maintenance, bad food, and hostile staff make it an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. I was left feeling harassed rather than welcomed. Avoid this hotel if you value your peace of mind, comfort, and basic courtesy. There are far better options available, and staying here will only ruin your trip. I have got excellent services in hotel I'm staying here 5th time & my experience is too nice..& best part is location is also nearest from karol bagh metro station

The hotel is located on a very muddy road. The car is also parked mud. Even though they have a dining area, I have seen them order food from Zomato and give it to the guests. Rooms look great but the air conditioner does not work. So all these made our first expression really bad. I wont recommend this hotel at all.

Worst experience at this hotel. We 48 Electricity Employees from Kerala booked this hotel for 2 days. But their service was pathetic. Blankets were seen uncleaned for several months. They donot supply drinking water on the second day and charge 13 per 1 ltr. additionally, if we request for water. They are not at all customer friendly and hence if you want to stay with peacefully, this hotel must not be your choice

Best hotel in karol bagh nearest from metro station atmosphere was nice along with tasty food I'm totally satisfied & I also like the polite behaviour of staff they was cooperative

In this hotel I'm staying from last 7,8 days & I'm totally satisfied from hotel sevices food is tasty and prices are also reasonable good services in this hotel I'm getting and best part is location is nearest from karol bagh metro station
