Booked rooms for outstation guests for my brother's wedding. Value for money hotel with good hospitality, awesome staff and overall positive experience. Mr. Rajnish (Manager) is a great person and supported us on special requests regarding the arrangements during stay. Ambience is also good. All of our relatives, guests also appreciated hotel arrangements, services Keep delighting your guests and always keep up to the expectations.

It is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any hotel so far. To begin with, the bed sheet had stains on it when I arrived. There's a frequent power cut issue in the hotel and they do not use their generator unless you call and ask them. Breakfast is complimentary, but useless. I would rather eat at a stall than to have breakfast here. They gave me a sandwich with tea(I'd asked for coffee, though) and the bread was neither grilled nor toasted. Ok asking why the condition was so bad I was told that it was my mistake I didn't specify what kind of sandwich I'd like to have. The condition of the bathroom is pathetic, if you love brown color you'll definitely find rust in there, I hope you'll love that. Then again, forget hot water. They will give an electric kettle (if you ask for it).Also, when asked for a welcome kit they gave me a soap bar and towel. Carry everything you require and don't expect anything they'll provide. They have good TV though, which is unserviceable. Basic requirements such as tissue and dustbin is something you'd have to ask and then call and remind again because obviously it's your mistake of not reminding them. The staff is good, they will give you hope that everything will be given and you will be assisted and that's all you would get. At the price that they charged me, I've been at far better hotels than this one. There are better hotels nearby please opt for them.

The worst ever experience. We booked room for our inmm males and room rent for three days paid in advance with an Assurance that we will Make the payment at the check out time. First if all it was Bed and Breakfast option. The hotel staff made sure not to serve the breakfast and even after calling them up til 1000 hrs, the breakfast served.just to remind out if three days they served only if two days that too with several reminders and long waiting. May be they were thinking that guest will leave them selves due tom prolong delay. Since we were hosting their stay, the hotel prolly were not supposed honour guest again and again for the payment. It was very embarrassed moment for us as our guest must have been thinking that we want them to pay. Please learn some bussiness ethics and follow them religiously. Our experience was very bad and we will never ever suggest this hotel anyone Our suggestion is that at the time if booking better fake everything in black and white Like payment reminders Breakfast timings And Most important the menu if breakfast, simply serving poori or jam bread is not at all an Indian idea of breakfast. One of the worst hotel in Janak Puri west , totally unsafe of women's . They don't offer food even after taking full money , they don't even clean the room , bathroom untied , unnecessary stopping . No clean water , everything will be at your risk if you stay in this hotel.

Overall experience here was really bad... they made us wait hours for a bucket of hot water... nobody is helpful, not even the front desk lady and we had to ask for basic things again and again... the rooms are pathetic and it smelled full of cigarettes and we even found buds on the floor. We even found cockroaches in the room...worst stay ever

Very dirty rooms. Extremely unhygienic. Toilets poorly maintained. Bed sheets, towels and pillows give bad smell.

The hospitality staff was seriously top-notch, like the cream of the crop! They were so friendly and welcoming, it felt like I was staying with family. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and their attention to detail was on point.
