From my experience I really enjoyed the hotel it might not be a luxurious hotel, but for the price and service it's absolutely worth it. The staff are friendly and helpful and they do understand English. I've been here for over a week and I would definitely recommend the hotel. The breakfast is good traditional Indian food. Thank you for the great hospitality and the owner is amazing I thank him.

I stayed here with family for one night during a stopover in Delhi. I selected this hotel after checking a couple of other similar hotels in the area and it turned out to be a very good decision. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to anyone. Good and not so expensive food. Clean and comfortable rooms. Cooperative and welcoming staff. Hotel doesn't have its own parking but they do have security staff who kept an eye out for my car parked on the road. Shopping mall is just opposite to the hotel and Rajouri garden market is only 5 minutes away. Will use this hotel again for sure.

Property is nice, beds comfy, staff was nice, and husband and I thought food was good. They are updating some rooms and results look promising. Had free wifi on first floor. AC was good, new unit. Some small issues with our tub in bathroom, I think it just needed a bit better ventilation. TV was new flatscreen. Overall we enjoyed our fairly long stay.

We stayed in this hotel for a day on 25th February as 6 rooms were booked by my younger brother (who lives in Modinagar, a town 40 km away) for guests attending the marriage of his daughter. Though I alerted him to avoid this hotel based on poor reviews in Trip Adviser but he found it convenient as it was nearer to the marriage function hall, Casa Royal where marriage ceremony was scheduled to take place on 25th Feb night. I reluctantly agreed because it was just an overnight stay and transportation to marriage hall was to be organised by him for all guests. Having left Ahmedabad by flight and then a cab from the airport we reached the hotel at about 2 PM but to our shock we found that the rooms were not ready and many rooms did not have proper ventilation, virtually no furniture and horrible furnishings. The receptionist was also not available and no porter to take us to the room. Some of the guests occupied the room allotted to them but I looked for another bigger room room as my daughter had also come from US. Fortunately, we found a 4-bed room or a suite as hotel management called it. I paid extra amount of 2000/- rupees rather than waiting for my brother to reach there. I was told that initial charges for the double bed room was about 2500/-rupees. So this hotel room was charged more than 4500/- (about 70 dollars) without breakfast. Of course there is an AC in the room but it was of no use being winter time. There was also no alternative to try elsewhere because my other brothers, sister and relatives were staying there. We had to wait for another one hour to occupy this room also as it was under cleaning. The hotel has very limited staff who also complained that many jobs are done by a single individual. We experienced this because for any service, such as towel,soap, water, TV operation etc we had to wait. Next morning for breakfast and before check out we ordered parnthas with pickle and that took more than half an hour. First time we had such a bad experience in a hotel, which I would not recommend to any one unless he has no other choice. Not at all worth the price one pays for this hotel, which has only one plus point - nearby market. Parking has to be only done on the road. Bath rooms and toilets are also not maintained well. I did not take any photo here as stay was not worth remembering.

I booked this hotel through OYO rooms. Wanted to attend wedding ceremony of my relative in Vishnu garden. And this was the closest hotel available on OYO rooms under heading Rajouri Garden Metro Station Oyo room.|Room was booked under Premium category but with discount coupon.|The pictures shown on website of Oyo rooms were totally different from on ground.|Room was too small.|Interior was average.|Linen and towel were Clean.|Cable T.V. was working.|Air Conditioner was working but appeared not cleaned / very old.|Wooden cabinet door was broken(or an original design??)|Storage space was very less (as room was too small).|Washroom was neat and clean.|Room service was good.|Reception staff were polite and co-operative.|Overall an average experience.|Room size was the main drawback which gave me the initial shock and my subsequent opinion.
