This hotel is not fair, what they say online is not what in there in person, in person they cheat, they don't know how to handle clients. I don't recommend this hotel for any person especially international guests.

Stayed here with my family for a wedding function. We attended a haldi function in their banquet. Great food, spacious rooms and very polite staff including the manager at reception. Banquet has a capacity to handle 120 guests.

Apart from some minor glitches, the staff and rooms are very nice. Positives: -The location is a big plus. -Rooms are neat and clean. -Bathroom is big and clean. -24*7 Kitchen service Area for improvement : - Need to have a tea kit / tea maker in the room - Some electrical equipment not working in some of the rooms Highly recommended
