I celebrated my wedding anniversary. I witnessed amazing arrangements done by hotel especially Decoration. Food served was top notch and service was impeccable. I strongly recommend this hotel for social functions. Thanks for making my function memorable

The hotel is a little run down in the way I've come expect from dehli properties that aren't oberoi level 5 star, but the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean and of a decent size. The staff were all very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel is situated right across the road from a small park that made for pleasant walks when I wanted to get out of the building and stretch my legs. The breakfast was very good and had a well-balanced ratio of Indian to western fare. The closest metro is too far to walk but only a few minutes by your vehicle of choice. All in all, it was a more than satisfactory experience.

The very first room we were allotted had hair on the pillow with shoe marks on the sheets (319) and paint of the walls scraped off, the second room was marginally better but we had to settle in view of our check-in time and the schedule which lay ahead. Room unfortunately wasn't worth what we paid for. I have given an additional start for the breakfast which was acceptable bot exceptional.

3 star hotel, small but functional rooms. Good food at their restaurant. Service at the restaurant was good. A park just in front for morning or evening walkers with 800 meters track. A school children group from Jammu was staying there, so a lot of noise that disturbed the sleep of many guests.

As a corporate lawyer, I spent 6nts/7days at the hotel and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The accommodation was comfortable, the food was outstanding, and the staff were consistently courteous and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to corporate professionals seeking a smooth, comfortable, and professional stay.

Very good service in banquet hall conducted my meeting for 3 days. Mr.Anand has been very helpful and cooperative within the hall|Only food arrangement can be better.and room cleaning can be more better. Ac service is good in room and conference hall

The hotel is average and service also average. |Specifically Mr Anand was good in his service. He is humble and ensures to look after everyone. ||But overall the hotel service and food was average. ||The cleanliness of the conference room needs to be improved.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet was good. There are 3 hotels between here and the slums. The walls of bedroom were filthy and the air con had black stuff running out of it - sure to give you Legionnaires disease. Other friends were too scared to turn these on because it was so filthy. Bedding seemed clean though. The lobby seemed clean though.
