Given a room that doesn't completely justify the tariff for the night Even if the company I work with pays for it. It's money which needs to be spent well. The staff when asked about why can't you keep things clean mentioned the rooms were just cleaned. The rooms are not maintained eversince they made the hotel. They haven't upgraded their linen or don't provide timely fresh toiletries. Old stained towels. No cupboard in room to keep luggage or not even a Hanger to hang clothes. No proper bathroom with hot water The images on Make my trip are a complete different story from the reality I suppose these images will tell the truth.

The price they charge is a scam to ensure no one cancels their booking looking at the state of rooms and how they are maintained. Please don't book this hotel using any online portal including Make my trip. As they may have stopped doing back ground checks. The images displayed are very old and may not be even taken in 2024 I've stayed here since 20th January 2025 an left next morning. They give you an excuse stating all rooms are booked. It's nice and cosy.the rooms are big, and you feel walking free in the room. They could have improved the room service. Towels do not look that clean and fresh and I had to ask for the hand towel. Hand wash dispenser is offered filled with local liquid soap. The staff is good and helpful. View from room is also good. The room has been cleaned ok. Just some application of mind would have added to guest experience without big cost added. The kitchen works on order basis. It means they take about 30 minutes to deliver food items, and spur of the moment orders are not viable ideas.

Excellent location, rooms are very clean, I like their super deluxe rooms with balcony. Best value for money and not heavy on pocket. Executives like me will definitely like it. Also, the metro station is nearby. Unlike other places, very peaceful. WiFi speed is also faster as compared to other places that I visit frequently. Overall, highly recommend. Disciplined and friendly staff which is rare.

Dlx@2500 INR.. Super Deluxe@3000. room only... Was a steal. Next to radissonBlu, Dwarka. New delhi. Owner was kind enough to accomodate on a fully booked day.... Can't believe he actually vacated his own room for our guests. Breakfast was fine too... Free n home cooked food were gud enough considering it was complimentry.. Perfect for a budget hotel/Inn. Another thing, they don't give out party rooms to locals... I bet it makes it much safer for tourists and women too!! Lots of street food options right across the road...6-15 metres. Main road and close to sec 12 metro station. |6m. Realized post checkout...they accepted PayTM and AIRTEL too...cud have earned some cashback or a free recharge. Can't expect more from a budget accommodation at this price point. 5stars for this property as per our own judgement and wisdom!!!

If you are planning a stay in Dwarka for a peaceful experience then this is the place for you. The hotel is located pretty close to the Metro Station at a walkable distance, as well as the Sector 12 market for pretty much all your shopping needs. The Manager and the staff are polite, hospitable and the smile on their faces say that they are actually happy to help. The rooms are decently done and the balcony view is nice. So if you are planning a stay that is light on your pocket unlike places like adjoining La Wisteria Hotel, and supplemented with all basic amenities I would suggest you try your next stay here.

Asides the fact that we asked housekeeping to change the bedsheet upon checking into our room everything was fine. ||||Ample space for 2-3 people in a room. ||Staff understood simple English which is always a bonus. ||Staff were keen to help and ensure our staff was comfortable. ||Very close to Dwarka Phase 21 food court and metro station perfect for transport into New Delhi/CP ||||Stayed for 2 nights and was good for a B&B.||||If your a tourist beware extra taxes is paid when you purchase online.||||Breakfast is quite simple would recommend calling it in the night before if you want a lie in.

Rooms are well maintained and spacious. Staff is well behaved and efficient service. Premium location. May consider having more security during night time. Enjoyed our stay in the hotel
