Gokul Residency

Nice location if your area of interest is around Dwarka or Palam. 15-20 mins to the Airport. Rooms are clean. I am especially particular about the washrooms and found it to be very clean and spacious. The staff is prompt and friendly.||||They do not have a seperate dining area, and food is served in rooms itself. I had ordered a light dinner - Bread omelette and Bournvita. Though simple items, they were well made and I had no complaints. For breakfast, there is no buffet and you basically get to choose one from a list of 5-6 items such as Paratha (see pic), Puri, Bread Omelette etc, accompanied with tea/coffee. I should add that both tea and coffee were very well made.||||The room itself was very comfortable with TV and AC. No great view from the windows. Free wifi with decent speed. More than what I hoped from a budget hotel. Would be sure to stay in this place again if in this locality.

The stay at Gokul Residency was good and comfortable. The staff was very supportive. Owner Mr Paras was humble and supportive. Food quality and food price were good. Surrounding had market which had shops catering the all general needs including pharmacy, general store, sweet shop, saloon, eating joints etc. Good Luck to the owner and his supportive staff.

Some work purpose we wanted to extend one day stay but staff denied to extend as they have marriage booking and it was not informed earlier to us. Untrained staff. Don't know how to behave with costumers.

Easy to find as it had got two entrances. Service is okay. Bathrooms are not well equipped with new equipments. Shower head is too bad. They don't provide soap and tooth brush etc. Congested bathrooms. My ordered breakfast was delayed by 1 hour. I got it after repeated followups and after I went to reception. Blanket/comforter was not all good. Pillow covers are not changed. Overall it's okay to stay.

Nice location in the market area if you want to stay in Dwarka. The rooms were clean & well maintained. Hotel staffs were polite & helpful. Booked the room from Goibibo & we got it at a very decent rate. Worth that price paid on Goibibo. It was a pleasant stay.

Stayed at this pace as this was closer to the wedding venue. We stayed in the suite room. This area is quite far from the main city and you will spend up to Rs. 1000 going to the city and coming back. ||Positives - it's centrally located. The reception staff is quite helpful can't say the same about the kitchen and housekeeping. It's a very small place so resources double up for most of the stuff. Don't expect the tea and coffee to be delivered in 5 mins. But will not complain as the price compensated for the service. |Negatives - the next building is just few feet away and once you open your curtains the neighbor can peep in. You need to keep curtains closed at all times. House keeping lacked quite a bit. Clean toilet but once you take a shower the whole floor wets up. Remember to keep the water heater on and keep checking the water. Shower was not working properly. |Overall experience was quite average. If you need a place to sleep and something near the airport which is cheap. Got for it. |

I have stayed here prior to this, but this was my first time in the Deluxe Suite. Found a great deal on Yatra for these rooms and booked. It was definitely worth it. The room was basically a one bedroom house. A hall with sofa and coffee table, dining with dining table, tv cabinet, bedroom, one attached bathroom & toilet and an additional toilet. Massive room.

Booked this hotel as i have some work at sector 9 dwarka and i am on a budget but when i checked in i am amazed to see the size of the room and cleanliness of the bathroom. Front desk ppl were amazing and belped me reach my place. ||Complimentory breakfast is only a single item from a small selection of dishes along with tea/coffee.||Overall i liked the place.
