I had a very pleasant experience staying at Ginger Hotel East Delhi. The hotel is perfect for both business and family trips the rooms are clean well-maintained with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly which was a blessing in the Delhi heat. Thanks Divyansh for making my stay so smooth and pleasant and he was always ready to assist and ensured everything was taken care of promptly.

Divyansh and api are one of the most coperative staff here. It's a pleasent stay overall. Nice breakfast good food... Over all its a good experience all together and I will recommend it to this to everyone who is looking for a budget stay in east delhi

It was our child's first birthday. We had informed about this in advance but no one even wished us. We had also told them that my husband is from a hotel background, despite that we were given the worst quality room. My father-in-law came to Delhi after 40 years and the room condition was the worst. We wanted a table setup in the restaurant but we were flatly refused. We have seen other Ginger hotels also but these had the worst quality rooms. It is like a waste of money. We tried to tell someone but there was no guest mate in 2 days. We have to park the car ourselves. Worst experience. We are suppose to wait feedback mail but not received . Staying in - 309,310 Date - 25 March 2025 to 27 march 2025

The check in was the worst of my life. Super disorganized. They took a long time and a lot of misinformation. They sell you the GYM service and it doesn't work. The bar service gives you what they want, not what you ask for. The room service always leaves you without towels. They also don't give you a reception number to contact from the room. You always have to go down to ask for things. On the other hand, when you want to enter the room you can't enter without first activating the card. For example, I left the room to go to breakfast and I couldn't get back in. I had to go to reception to have my card activated again. I asked for a cheese sandwich at the restaurant and specified that it should only be cheese and bread, and they put mayonnaise on it. Something similar happened to me yesterday at dinner. The thing is that I got food poisoning and I'm sick without energy to go anywhere else to eat and here the service is the worst in the world. I asked for laundry since it is a service they offer and they told me that they won't offer it again for a week. Everything is a disaster. The room has no ventilation.

I am staying in room no. 504 on 5 th floor .. Room service and hospitality is very good and perfect.. Mr. Akhilesh ..doing his job so perfectly and he is very good in his work his ethics and manner is outstanding.... I personally appreciate his performance in future as a part of good growth in his profession
