I have a worst experience there! 1- we told our check in time will be 2:30 p.m. but then too room was not ready they made us wait 20 minutes. 2- After waiting for 20 minutes, rooms were still dirty, washroom was not clean, AC was not working, a very bad fragrance, and on top of that there was hell lot of mosquitos 3- No towel and kit was provided when I ask, they provided a wet towel and a soap. 4- Things doesn't end here, on next day when I ask to change room, they gave me new room and window of that room was broken. Please please don't book!

I had to wait for the room even after the check-in time. The lift was permanently closed. The AC was not working and there was no electricity for 3-4 hours. And basically no room service.

I got best experience here, rooms were well maintained , polite staff and great service ..!
