FabHotel Royal Touch - Hotel in Patel Nagar

I was really let down by this room. It was nothing like the photos. The cleanliness was questionable -- there were stains on the sheets, dust in the corners, and the bathroom smelled musty. The air conditioning barely worked, and the noise from the hallway made it hard to sleep. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent when I brought up my concerns. Overall, I expected way better for the price. Definitely not coming back.

The room was spacious but looking old need maintenance there was no hot water supply when needed as need to wait for long to get hot water No telephone or electric kettle and ironing facility in room refrigerator was there Shown picture in the website was entirely different Mr sonu the receptionist was always helpful. And gave me heater and also friendly. But for late check out and checkin charged 2000 rs

Very poor rooms, exceedingly poor service, dirty linen. Not meant for decent families. I checked out on the same day though booked for 3 days. Wasted money

Worst experience, rude staff with unethical behaviour and no professionalism. Whole Fab hotel team is quite unprofessional and they just simply want to hide their mistakes.They have 0 knowledge of handling customers and providing resolution.

I have booked the hotel for my uncle and aunt for 5 days as they were here for some medical treatment. The hotel doesn't have blankets in the winter months and no hot water. For the first night, they had to come back to a relative's house, and customer support, hearing about this, just used to put me on hold and disconnect later.

Very dirty room, toilet, bathroom, bedsheet, floor. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Not recommended for stay. Worst experience ever.

Very Good experience staying here for a day, location was good, Room was awesome. Overall a very Good Hotel to stay.

Over All Rating is O ( ZERO ) All Photos Given in the Clear Trip / Fabhotel Site is Fake , Rooms are Stinking. One of the Worst Ever Properties, I think Fabhotel Chain is going to Shut their Business Soon , Guys Beware Please do Check the Rooms , Pathetic Conditions, No Windows , All Windows are Covered with Boards , Don't Ever think to Take Family for this Booking , We Were Having Complementary Breakfast with the Booking and We Asked him for the Breakfast at 8:30 AM and Got the Breakfast in the Room at 10:20 AM , And Food Quality was Pathetic, they were getting food pranthas for breakfast from Road Side Vendors in Open , Unhygienic Condition.
