FabHotel Moro Rohini Sector 4

I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed in 308 and wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. The room was in poor condition, with noticeable wear and no fresh paint. Most concerning was the air conditioning unit, which was not functioning properly. Although the staff attempted to fix it, it worked only temporarily. In the middle of the night, it stopped working again, making it difficult for me to rest, especially since I had planned to work throughout the night. Given these inconveniences, I would like to formally request a refund for my stay. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to hear back from you soon regarding the possibility of a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Stayed at fab Hotel moro in rohini sec 4 and had a really good experience! The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed, plus the bed was super comfy. And receptionist anju was quick and friendly to help whenever I needed something. I also enjoyed the breakfast--lots of options, and everything tasted fresh.

Hotel Moro in Rohini Sector 4 offers a great stay with excellent facilities and an attentive staff. I must especially appreciate Receptionist Anju, who is one of the most hardworking individuals I've come across. She is always on her toes, ready to assist with a smile. Her dedication and commitment to her work add immense value to the hotel. Highly satisfied with my stay

Pathetic place. Don't book this hotel. Very shady people come here, the lady at reception is very rude and unprofessional, not cooperative at all. Staff at the hotel fails to provide basic amenities like drinking water and toiletries. During my stay for 2 nights, they turn on the music at night at very high volume. People from FAB Hotel also refuse to help in any way once you pay the money. It is a scam. Save your money and do not book this place

I can't express my experience in words I am speechless. It was wonderful staying here friendly & professional staff they provide flawless service. Hotel is having good parking space and rooms were clean although but there is lack of professionalism within staff There were no toiletries, no towels but have mosquitoes The worst part is the receptionist started playing Haryanvi songs with full volume up in the morning 5AM

I highly recommend Hotel Moro to anyone visiting the area, not just for its great facilities, but also for the outstanding customer service, especially from Anju. A memorable stay all around!
