FabHotel Marble Arch - Hotel in Karol Bagh, New Delhi

This is the worst possible hotel experience i ever hadin my life. The photos are too misleading here and the hotel in reality doesn't looks like that at all. Broken building, muddy interiors, broken equipment. It is a clear scam and misleading. The staff was arrogant and when we confronted them by asking that the photos shown to us by fab company was like this and in reality its not matching so they were like this is what it is because they know they are scamming people. None of the items mentioned in the list of services provided are available. We were not even given soaps or towel or handwash or hot water. The beds and blankets were smelling. Rooms were full of mosquito, spider webs, black marks on walls and bedsheet, broken taps, exhaust, leaking water in bathroom. Everything that could go wrong was seen here.

Good location.. rooms were good.. not as shown in pictures shared but staff was cooperative.. when I informed to early check-in they agreed but then we waited for a long time. Overall experience was okay.. cause we had to go nearby places so overall it was good place to stay. Just need to take care of the cleanliness more.

Room was good , my room ac was bad they changed my room tooand gave alternate , toilet was clean but smell was bad , room service takes a long time , location is very near to metro and karol bagh market, sheets were clean , towels were given , hot water was good

The experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were nothing like the pictures shown. There was no hot water in the washroom in the morning. I booked through Agoda and mistakenly selected "2 guests" instead of "1 guest." Upon arrival, the hotel owner refused to make changes and charged extra for two guests. When I requested a bill for one guest, he claimed the bill would be sent via email. Please revise my bill to reflect one guest, as I stayed alone and cannot process reimbursement with the entry showing two guests.

Experience was not good at all. Room was not clean. Bedsheet, towels were not clean. In washroom, there were lot of mosquitoes. Also aC was not working properly. Basics things like toiletries were missing. Overall experience was bad

We stayed at a FabHotel for two days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The property is in poor condition and very old, with little to no maintenance. There are local hotels nearby that are much better than this one. I chose this FabHotel expecting the quality associated with the brand, especially since it's categorized as a flagship, three-star hotel. However, the lack of proper audits and oversight is evident. The staff was exceedingly rude, as if they didn't care about customer service. It felt like there was no one on-site taking ownership of the issues. They advertised a 200 sq. ft. room, but it barely measured 130-140 sq. ft. Not all rooms seem to be in good condition. We booked our stay with breakfast included, only to find out there was no breakfast available. We learned that this was because there were only ten guests, so they didn't provide a buffet. On our first day, we arrived early and wanted to check in beforehand. I understand that early check-in depends on availability, but the reception staff was very dismissive, telling us rudely that we needed to wait because all rooms were occupied. It was clear they weren't making an effort to prepare a room for us, as if we were asking for charity rather than the service we paid for. Overall, this was a truly horrendous experience.

We had a great stay thank you all you all made my stay very comfortable. Specially thanks to HK staff I don't know their names but both of them who helped me with luggage and who cleaned my room were very friendly and nice. Keep it up.

First of all, once you entered to the hotel the ambience at the reception will make you feel sick. The hygiene of the room and poorly services will never make me to connect with fab properties throughout the rest of my life. In my advice, I prefer to stay somewhere else Karol bagh is worst please check the properties in south Delhi.
