FabHotel Lime Tree - Hotel in Dwarka, New Delhi

Don't ever pay in advance for any Fab Hotel properties. It's a total scam. I booked this hotel well in advance and paid an advance to get a "gauranteed" room. At the checkin I requested an inspection of the rooms and they showed me 2 rooms. Both of them had a pungent smell, poor condition & dirty towels. The receptionist said that she did me a favour by keeping a room for me and very rudely asked me to leave if I didn't like the room. She also promised to pay my advance back. However, Fab hotels refused any return of my advance. This is my first and last time with Fab Hotels. Would strongly advise against any advance payment to this fraudulent chain!

Rooms are bad smell. Bed spreads bad smell and dirty. Pillows no covers. Towels and not good and dirty. No phone connection,TV connection not there.. Communication was very poor. Costly and not worthy for the amount paid. Apart from that No Response from Fab hotels... customer care could not able to reach.. Advised to do not prefer that you want to pleasent stay..

Hotelier is a scammer. We booked 2 rooms and paid in advance. Upon arrival he said only one room is available. As guests are two senior men they were not willing to share one room and they refused to stay. And now he is refusing to give refund - because we decided to leave ourselves! And FabHotels is supporting him in this scam. Worst experience ever.

Very bad rooms. Plasters peeled off. Bed sheets have cigarette butt marks. Room service slow to react. Management difficult to approach. Not worthy Worst ever. Not recommended.

There is no tv connection, phone was dead, no water in morning, full of mosquitos and dust. No single lady can feel safe there. Outside is slum

Worst experience staying at fab lime tree will not recommend any body to stay here they serve water in dirty glasses, they give dirty used towels because their laundry waala is on leave, they will not give you tooth paste and brush please carry if anybody visits here and bucket and magga in bathroom is very dirty, staff behaviour is unbelievable they will make you realise that they are favouring you if you are saying something Infact i will suggest not to stay in any hotel associated with fab

Pathetic stay. Rooms have weird smell. Geyser doesn't work. Staff especially the Front desk attendant is so rude. She is not at polite. Always cribbing and very unprofessional.
